I stayed in this hotel for two nights staff are very kind supportive and polite specially Hassan Abi location is quite and well connected lots of good pubs around but it did not meet my expectations in terms of hygiene and cleanliness :
- First morning breakfast i saw guests were touching food with bare hands at the buffet while spoons and and there was a quiet long hair in my plate which ruined my whole stomach and day and at the second day, I saw people taking vegetables by hand, even one a piece of cheese that fell out of the tray, putted back with their hand for others to use which i found quite disgusting
- i asked for the iron and ironing table , table was not cleaned and seems that the previous guests have ironed their dirty clothes on it and had a deep sweat odor so every time you iron you clean shirt it will be rubbed on other people’s bacteria
- the bed sheet was clean but the blanket and pillow again have sweat odors
- rooms are none smoking but others were smoking 24/7 in their rooms and the odor is in your room too coz ventilation pipes are shared
Conclusion:
Do i choose this hotel again ? No
Do I recommend it to anyone ? No
