Very Crowded and understaffed McDonald’s. Long lines and long wait times. They do not have enough employees and the restaurant is too small.

The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Only the bathroom in the room could be improved.

While I was resting in my room, strangers suddenly entered. I felt uneasy. Room cards open every room. This hotel has poor security.

Clean, comfortable, and best of all, the open buffet breakfast in the morning. There are probably 50 different breakfast options. I think it will be my first choice hotel every time. It's within walking distance of Kızılay Square and everywhere else. It's also within walking distance of Kocatepe Mosque.

It was our first time in Ankara and didn't know what to expect. We took a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. The check-in was smooth and fast because we per-booked the hotel a few days earlier. The room was small but clean and comfortable. So was the bathroom. We had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast spread was something to look forward to, with a lot of choice of food and drinks. However, conversations were very limited due to the limited English language spoken by the staff. Check-out was ok and the receptionist helped called a taxi for us to go to the bus station.

The cashier's attitude was good, the quality of the food is average, the volume of food is small and the price is high.

No self-service terminals. The staff barely speaks English. They try to sell you things you don't need. They forgot to put some items in the order, although they may have intentionally not put them in, so I had to check, go back and wait for them to add them. The taste is not very good. The prices are surprisingly not that low. All the tables inside were occupied.

I booked the hotel before coming. It was standart room with big bedroom. The room was small. Ok it was predictable. But the cover of the sheet was dirty, we asked the bellboy to change it and also to bring another warm blanket because at night it was cold in the room. Despite this he didn’t bring the blanket. The air conditioner didn’t work however I asked about it as well and they lied saying that it functions well. In conclusion I would say if you want a one night stay with a good breakfast it’s a good decision. The only satisfying thing in the hotel is breakfast. And don’t forget to complain if the staff is not doing their work.
