Bahçelievler Hotels in Ankara

During check-in at Bahçelievler Hotels, we experienced extremely unprofessional and unacceptable treatment. Receptionist Kübra was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Despite our request to check in quickly after a long journey, she curtly told us to “wait 5 minutes,” made us repeat questions unnecessarily, and prioritized personal conversations with other guests instead of assisting us. Staff members were also not wearing name badges, making identification difficult.

After leaving a review about our negative experience on Google, the hotel management asked us to delete it. When we refused, the hotel manager told us he had already prepared a refund and that we must check out immediately. Feeling pressured and concerned for our safety, we left the hotel.

To make matters worse, when we contacted Expedia for support, even their customer service representatives reported that the hotel staff rudely hung up the phone on them.

This conduct is absolutely unacceptable, deeply unprofessional, and intimidating. It left us with a very negative impression of the hotel, and we strongly advise other travelers to avoid staying here.

The cleanliness is poor, the beds are bad, and judging by the current situation, there is no water in the hotel, and even though it's 23:23, no solution has been found. Frankly, our money has been wasted. To prevent such a situation from happening again, these issues should be considered when choosing a hotel, and work should be done to improve them.

This is a terrible hotel, worse than a budget hotel in China. It smells awful, and I don't know why it has such high ratings on Ctrip.
