Overall, the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms was good for the price, but we went in the winter and our window was broken. When we informed the reception, they weren't very helpful, and we spent the night freezing. Apart from that, it's not a bad hotel.

The breakfast has about three different options, and it's very, very inadequate. The staff is very surly. I would never recommend it. I won't stay there again. There's no parking; you're looking for a parking place in Kızılay.

We stayed for 1 night and there was a strong smell in the room that did not go away. The cleaning was okay, the bed was uncomfortable. Most importantly, I had left my wallet and clothes in the room. I called and said I would come and get them, but when I went, they only gave me my wallet and said they threw the clothes in the trash (suspicious).

There's no internet, but they pretend there is.
The elevator is for 2.5 people, which is problematic during evening and breakfast hours.
You might go hungry at breakfast when the hotel is only 30% full.
There's a strong sewage smell in the rooms. Room tidying and cleaning seem to have been done reluctantly.
At least the staff is good.
