Really quiet, Room service is good, Location may be far from city center but restaurants available nearby.

I am a frequent Traveler, and It was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, the rooms are very old, the towels are so old and bad, the smell is a disaster, as there are no irons and you are forced to send your clothes for ironing which is expensive. very stupid policy to change the card every day. The breakfast was so poor, and there were not many items; I requested well-done eggs, and they brought them still liquid; when I re-requested well-done, they just mixed the old ones, which were such a bad shape, and I could not eat them anymore. If I can give them less than one star; I will.

To whoever sees this review of the hotel, first of all, don’t believe those who have given it 4 or 5 stars. During my stay, I experienced the worst accommodations of my life. The air conditioner doesn't work; you can see this issue in other reviews too. It's hard to believe we're in 2024 and they still haven't fixed it. Additionally, the mini-bar refrigerator doesn't work either. The service is almost nonexistent, and the receptionists act as if they were forced to work there—no smiles, no hospitality. There is nothing good about this hotel, and it certainly doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

Maybe its a cultural thing but we found reception staff were very miserable, no smile, no welcome, just give me your passport, stand there and dont speak. The standout memories of the room were heat, the room was 25 degrees and no matter what you set the thermostat to it would not get any cooler and this was the same for my colleagues room. It was freezing outside so i hate to think how hot it could be in the summer. The room was very clean and modern, excellent bathroom and good mini bar. I found the bed very hard, my colleague felt it was fine. Breakfast was included in the room and was very good. Note this is a Turkish hotel and alcohol is banned on the property so way want to consider one of the bigger chains closer to town if you want to have a drink.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and excellent dinner, good sized room and bathroom, easy parking and good wifi making it excelent value.
It delivers well above its Booking.com score of 8.2. For me its a 9.5 plus.

It is 4 star but desirvs more
The room service is on point, the personal is very respectful and always bean there when it is needed. The room service is until midnight you can order what you want.
The morning breakfast is amazing and diverse with many options to choose from and with long lasting hours.
The location of the hotel is in middle of Ankara which is very efficient with transportation and can reach to many places easily
It was great experience over all and I advice this place for anyone who passes by Ankara

starting off the experience was very disappointing the receptionist had no manners, she was very rude and clearly racist. we had to take our own luggage up to our room. the room lacked equipment for example why would a room for two people have one cup and one bottle of water. the stay was very expensive for no reason at all there was basically no service. including roo service which there were none.
the service needs alot of improvements but we can off by the receptionist and her attitude. the hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel while staying in the city, amazing hotel and service. The personnel are real nice and lovely they're not just doing it because of their job ir faking it it's genuinely real and for the service it's good and amiable. I think it's a 5 star quality hotel the only shortage is the lack of liquor and alcohol which I personally prefer.
