The most dangerous hotel! ❌❌❌

They charge you extra, and if you ask why, since they don’t know English to explain, they just call the police on you. It’s their way of forcing you to pay for something you shouldn’t have to.

The manager was rude and told us to leave the hotel if we didn’t like it. I was recovering from surgery with drainage tubes, and she showed no care or compassion.
The reception staff were yelling at us and even tore up the paperwork in front of us. The management was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The air conditioning was dirty and gave me an allergic reaction. They cleaned it in front of us, and it was full of dust and dirty filters. The restrooms did not work properly.
Breakfast was very poor — old bread, old cheese, and no juice most days. Laundry was overpriced at $100 for one bag and returned only after two days.
They were upset because of we asked why 1 small bag laundry’s price was $100 . They don’t speak English properly and they are yelling at us in Turkish language which we don’t understand.

We stayed only because I was in a medical condition with drainage after surgery and physically could not leave or move to another hotel. Why are you writing this now when you know exactly what happened?

We asked the manager for help, (nobody speaks in English including the manager) and instead you threatened us and even called the police. Turns out you have to pay whatever they request, otherwise you will end up with police officers! You have not rights to ask what you are paying for!!!! Calling the police for person who has drainage after surgery? SHAME ON YOU! This is how you treat your guest! 🤮
