I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the massage service I received at this establishment. I paid 2,400 TL for a one-hour session, during which I was promised a variety of massage techniques. However, the service provided did not meet these expectations in several significant ways.

Firstly, the massage lasted only 35 to 40 minutes—well short of the agreed-upon one hour. Furthermore, the massage provided was extremely basic and lacked the variety and specialization that was initially promised.

More concerning was the behavior of the masseuse. During the session, an incident occurred where my hand unintentionally touched her while she was moving my arm. Her reaction was disproportionate and unprofessional: she abruptly stopped the session and informed me that she would not continue.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, another masseuse was called in to continue the service. However, by this point, the experience had already been severely compromised.

İt's not a place to get massage it's a place for something else, they are very rude and the place very dirty, I don't recommend it at all

This is a nice hotel and the location is okay. The breakfast buffet was good with a good selection. A few negatives: I could hear people in the room next to me, almost as if they were in the same room as me. I was only able to connect one device to the wifi. I connected my phone and although my iPad showed that it was connected, it was not. I also was unable to connect my ereader. Twice I had to go down to the front desk after a long day of exploring to get my key rekeyed as it would not open my door. On my last day, the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet paper so I had to go downstairs to get some.

Great Location but that's it.
Location is great but that's all about it. A/C controlled by them and it was very hot in the room. I was there in mid July !! You get what you pay for.

The staff was awesome, the room was spacious and clean, breakfast was yummy with lots of options, and the hotel was in the best arra ever close to all the good restaurants, taxi stop, and 5mn walking from the main bus station..

The hotel was in a good location with easy access for dining options and for sightseeing. The went out of their was to help us to find somewhere vegetarian to eat when we arrived, even walked down the road with us to show us the restaurant. The room was large with a sitting area, the bedroom was a great size as was the bathroom which included compliment toiletries. We also had complimentary tea and coffee.
