Bathrooms waste waster no draining properly

The wifi in the rooms was terrible, there was hardly any connection, unforgivable for a 4 star hotel. Luckily we only booked for one night. The only positives were the view from the window, breakfast and hotel staff was quite friendly.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!
The carpets are rotten, every single room reeks of cigarette smoke, the WiFi is practically non-existent, and the staff are shockingly rude.
In contrast, I recommend Çankaya where the staff are welcoming and the standards are far higher.
To make matters worse, I even spoke directly with the general manager, Atilla, near the bar as I was leaving. He initially asked me to wait while he looked into offering a refund, but then completely ignored me when I saw him again outside the hotel. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.
I honestly cannot believe Radisson allows a property of such poor standards to operate under their name. I've stayed in more than 48 different hotels across 48 different countries, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Everything is perfect for a one night stop over in Ankara. The parking is very tight, but the parking staff were very helpful.

Overall, we are very happy.

Nice hotel as all Radisson blue family. It is an old hotel with a good location. Only 1 issue we had, hairdryer was not working. And coffee was not good in breakfast time. Otherwise good stay. Thank you

Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning
