Very good experience reason for the 3 stars was due to issue they had going on with there plumbing, for 3 days the room especially near bathroom smelled very bad. I was told that I should of asked for different room an I was shocked because I really did not expect them to even care but when they came up n seen the issue I gotta say they changed my room rite away. However the new room was not as bad as the first one but the smell was definitely still there.

Istanbul will also travel to live, I each must named turkiyenin, and usually I stay in hotels, but burasb old hotel rah from another place in my house, hotel manager baat Murat Bey personally and staff to thank the debt 4, star scale place light leaks

What I liked was freindliness and helpfulness of staff.

It is quite sufficient for the center
Although it is a bit old, the general cleanliness of the hotel rooms and the hygiene of the bathrooms are good. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is no parking problem, even if there is no space, they will tow your car somewhere else and help you. Its location is very good for those who want to be in the center. If you want to leave early in the morning for work and return in the evening, traffic will be a big problem, but if you leave later and return later, it is in a very easy place. Breakfast is open buffet and there is a lot of variety. Delicatessens are of standard quality and offer delicious options. I only had one complaint, customers smoke in non-smoking rooms and floors, the smell spreads to other rooms, I recommend you to apply sanctions in such cases.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Housekeeping was not really good. The rooms are clean, but air conditionning is very weak! The breakfast had limited items suitable for a 3 star hotel not 4!! On day 3 , they said we ran out of bread !! How is it possible!! The personnel of hotel are like robots with no facial expressions. As a 4 stars hotel, the personnel should know and speak a little english but they couldn't answer anything and don't care about guest problems. If i travel to ankara again, i wont choose this hotel. But the address and area is good😂😂

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. The pros of hotel was our room. The room 104 in the 1th floor was very spacious and clean with comfortable double bed and two big windows. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. Bathroom also was spacious and have high pressure hot water. There are safe box and a large closet. The cons of hotel was the breakfast. Just a packed dish for breakfast with limited items and no change in 7 days. The start time for breakfast was 7:30 but it was rarely ready at that time. To sum up, it was pleasant stay.

To all my friends and staff at the Class hotel. Thank you very much for your great hospitality and kindness. You went above and beyond for us. I will definitely come to Ankara again. Special thanks to: Murat, Mert, Tuba, Aslan, Mohammad ali, Serkan, Cennet, Zeliha and the rest of the staff. Me and my elderly aunt were in Turkey for stressful 2 week at this hotel but you made our stay fell like home and a memorable one.

I stayed at that hotel for one night and I was very satisfied as the prices were 30%-35% lower than it's competitors.(Please re-check again before you stay there) There are many cafes, bars and restaurants on the street. You can have fun on that street. Room is clean and the personel's are really gentle. I advise.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to say at for a month. It has a fantastic location and beautiful atmosphere inside and out side.I was in town for a stressful event and coming back to this place was very peaceful. Front desk staff were super friendly and eager to help in anyway. All the staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable, it felt like home. My room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
