I stayed at İlci Residence in Ankara for more than three weeks, and it turned out to be a very comfortable and reliable long-stay option.
What stands out first is the friendliness of the staff. Over a longer stay, this becomes especially important, and the team consistently remained warm, helpful and welcoming throughout the entire period.
The hotel offers very good value for money. Prices are reasonable, yet the rooms are spacious and practical, making it easy to settle in and feel at home rather than just passing through.
For an extended stay, comfort and consistency matter more than luxury, and İlci Residence delivers exactly that. It is a straightforward, dependable and pleasant place to stay in Ankara.

1-Don’t go to this hotel. They steal your money.
2-The staff bark your leg.They are rude, all the time like hospital they said hiss to you and don’t let you sit in the lobby.
3-While you’re in your room and hang “don’t disturb “ tag, the cleaners coming to your room.
4- They don’t understand English.
5- All rooms and common area smells on cigarette and sewage smell.
6-Carpets in all rooms and common areas are stained.
7- Refrigerators didn’t work, no ironing in the room, no tissues in the room and they charge you if you make their towels dirty.
8- All beds are twin, while you requesting Queen bed.
9- In their website they said kids stay for free, but they lie and charge us for my child.
10- Sauna and Hammam
didn’t work and you have to make appointment.
11- you can’t sit in the lobby, they send you to your room.

Location is good, breakfast good, but very rude staff specially receptionists, they charge for which you Were not informed for, rooms need fully renovation, very dirty carpets, everywhere smells of smoking.
Also, the pool water was very cold and almost unusable, Gym and steam sauna were out of order.

There was smoking smell continously coming into my room , i asked the front dest to change my room and he refused ..then said he will give me room spray !! I dont know how he thought it will help and said he will bring it soon and ...HE DIDN'T either .
Room was dirty and the smoke smell continued till 12 am then resumed at 7 am obviously someone was smoking indoor and they know about it ..worst experience ever .

There was a bad smoking smell in my room the moment I walked into it and I asked to change it , they refused and instead he said he can give me a spray ? And even the spay wasn't provided ..I was disgusted with the smell all my stay as I could smell cigarettes smoke all the time ..such a bad experience.

We chose this hotel as we would take TCCD to Istanbul after staying one night in Ankara. The walking distance is about 10 minutes, avoiding traffic jams. There is a subway exit nearby and several restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable but the facilities are old and the breakfast quality is average. The hotel room has a view of the Kemal Memorial Hall!

Nice hotel, great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed. I will give 4 stars because although they say that breakfast is at 7, on both days there was nothing ready so we had to have breakfast outside and to use the pool you need a reservation and a cap (100 TL PP).

The Hotel was in a great location and an easy walk to the train station and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Our room was a little noisy as it was near the lift and stairwell. Good value for money.

The best thing about the hotel is it’s location, that is very close to Ankara train station. It’s also in a quiet area and not very far away from downtown. I put 3 stars because the rooms needed renovation. The window was broken, thus couldn’t close it well. And the air conditioner was barely working. And a very bad smell came from the toilet. For that price they definitely need to renovate the hotel.
