I liked it, it was nice. But the clubs around were playing loud music at night, that was the problem.

Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night.

Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.

Perfect location, very humble and helpful staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was good although menu was almost same everyday. Stayed for 5 nights and menu was changed only once. Overall perfect place only one drawback is the lighting is low which initially feels asthetic but not practical.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, and located close to cafes and shops

I ended up in this hotel by chance, due to bad weather, and was pleasantly surprised. A small hotel, very clean, everywhere, the food is delicious, homemade, the selection is small, but in this case it doesn't matter, as they say, less is better

Rooms are hot, AC just blows hot air even when set to 17 degrees so had to switch it off, and then it’s very hot and outside it was loud so couldn’t open window.
And the biggest No no, is that they do not have a coffee machine for breakfast. Who drinks instant coffee for breakfast, haven’t had a hotel before that doesn’t have a proper coffee, and this is Turkey, it should have a nice coffee.
I did like the fact that there is parking and guy parks for you and that you are in the town and can walk around.

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone 👌 AC worked very well. Room had a mini bar. Facilities were great, just internet was a bit weak. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and professional 👍
