The acs were hardly operational. One room smelled like smoke the other room had non working fridge. Rooms had bugs. The vale service however was great and condemnable.

It was called a non smoking room, but it was obviously a smokers’ room for a long time

Business Hotel good and clean
A good hotel and clean hotel. Would say it’s a business hotel rather than a family stay. Very nice pool, sauna, hamam kids enjoyed this part the most.

Stay with family near high-speed train station
The location was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and good quality. There's no cardio room as showed in the picture. The pool was good size but the water was very cold. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and later was told it was a smoking friendly hotel which we didn't like.

Their breakfast was not bad, many varieties. Like the small fridge in the room.

Staff was friendly.Servive was good, especially Yeşim Akar was very friendly and co -opetative.I highly recommend this hotel as it is in center of Ankara and near to Ataturk tomb as well as metro.

Akar not "international" hotel. The staff can't speak even a word of English. The rooms are dirty and in a general state of disarray. I tried to call the room service and they literally hanged up on me. The AC and the mini fridge were not working, the shower head was broken. Not recommended!!!

The hotel refused to check us in claimed that was fully booked but why on Earth my card had been changed and received booking confirmation.

Rooms are a little bit small but the hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. And great location if you want to use train to or from Istanbul.
