Wonderful service and was treated very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is located in a great area too. Breakfast is amazing and I felt very welcomed. , Would definitely come back again

The hangers in the rooms were old-fashioned, and the cleanliness was average, perhaps due to the street-facing location and the dustiness. However, the price wasn't too high, so it was acceptable

It's about a 20-minute walk to a highly-rated Xinjiang restaurant on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform)

Me and my partner enjoyed staying here everything’s was good including the hospitality, cleanliness etc except the suite room we stayed is not soundproof where we can hear noises came from the roadside.

The hotel's actual feel wasn't as impressive as the pictures and its impressive name suggest. The lobby and rooms were a bit dark. The restaurant was nice, but didn't offer vegan options

Complimentary Breakfast is sumptuous and a huge variety of dishes along with your demand. Water, Tea and coffee is complimentary all the day and night. The boys on desk and cleaning staff is gentle, welcoming and helpful

Lastly the staff tolerated our poorTurkish language skills & were always friendly and attentive. They were always helpful and their kindness made our short stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable

Breakfast, buffet-style, was rich and of a very high standard; I really couldn't fault it! The hotel is very well-placed as a centre for your tour of Ankara: close to a metro station, a close-by taxi rank, regular Dolmus passing by and within walking distance (about 2km) of Ankamall

We had two great nights in Bugday Hotel in Ankara. Bugday is a four-star hotel and, if I'm honest, I was a little sceptical but, without doubt, this hotel is worth every star! Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable

The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, although it does have its own restaurant and bar (We did not avail ourselves of this but there was a pricelist in the room and it was very reasonable)

We managed to knock them down from the Hotels. com regular price, making this a very affordable place to stay, especially for the quality and service provided

The bed was excellent and very supportive (I am very fussy on this topic!). The room was cleaned every day and water bottles replenished

All told, a great stay and, should I find myself in Ankara again, I would have no reservations about returning to Bugday

Negatives: the building is a little tired, the hot tub in the spa was cold, there was a fair amount of noise from the nearby main road, and prices are Euro-based so the Turkish Lira price can change between reservation and check out (which, BTW is at 12:00, not 13:00)

The Micca restaurant is a great place, nice atmosphere. And the view from the panoramic windows of the mountains is mesmerizing and does not let you look away
