Not to mention, the hotel's prime location right in the heart of the city made it even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in town!

Family friendly hotel. We have stayed for 2 days and the hospitality was superb. I wish i could give 6 out of 5 stars. The breakfast was also very good. overall i will recommend staying here when visiting ankara

They often advertise themselves as home to many prom celebrations and all but service personel is quite a failure

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

I would give the staff and the restaurant a 5 stars but the room is 3 or below, the corridor carpet is very old and in bad condition, the room and the bathroom condition is way below the standard of 4 stars hotel, but the location is great and the restaurant is so good, the breakfast is one of the best

Very good experience reason for the 3 stars was due to issue they had going on with there plumbing, for 3 days the room especially near bathroom smelled very bad

I was told that I should of asked for different room an I was shocked because I really did not expect them to even care but when they came up n seen the issue I gotta say they changed my room rite away

However the new room was not as bad as the first one but the smell was definitely still there

What I liked was freindliness and helpfulness of staff. What I thought could be improved provided that funding is available : buy new sets of sheets and blankets and carpets.

Only have to remove one star, as there was some confusion about the hammam facilities, reservation is required so I asked to make one, but I just wanted to use the facilities, and I asked if it was included, free of charge twice, but upon arrival found out it was instead a scrubbing service which was a decent 25minute service but an unexpected $40/person charge

The room size matched the booking description, but it wasn't good value for money; it would have been better to stay at the Hilton hotel next door. I don't understand their cleaning practices

Service makes this hotel our choice in Ankara. Bugra, Concierge, and the Chef (we are vegetarian, and the in-room dining team really sorted us out with delicious off-menu vegetarian options) really helped us

Great location - one street away from main shopping area making it perfect for going out while still being in a quiet street. The service was nice and they were always friendly and saying hello.

I was amazed about the staff here. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional and we felt very comfortable. I would again come here. The breakfast is not amazing but good and diverse. Rooms were clean.

Overall the quality is good but you can hear the TV playing in the other rooms and this disturbs you somehow.

A good stay in Cankaya The Elit Palas Hotel is a quaint, old-style hotel located in Cankaya. The room was clean and had a small balcony, the staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable

I turned it on for an afternoon and returned to the hotel at night, but it was still hot. They changed our room late at night. The mini bar refrigerator did not cool down either

We stayed for a business trip, and I don't think the cleaning was up to standard. The staff was attentive and polite. The location is good.

The location of the Hitti Hotel is decent, close to several attractions and a large farmers' market, making shopping and dining convenient

There is no electric kettle; you can get hot water from the restaurant downstairs. The air conditioner in the room was broken. The staff couldn't fix it and suspected we had used a high-powered electronic device

After a stuffy night, when we returned the next day, the air conditioner was still not fixed, and they said there were no rooms available for a room change

The room facilities are a bit old, with a very old, tiny elevator that can only accommodate three people. The hotel has a few parking spaces on the street

I was first assigned a room at the front but found the traffic, though a steady swooshing, too much. They switched me to the back without a quibble. All the staff were smartly dressed and welcoming

It was a good price, clean and everything worked. There was hot water in the shower and the bedsheets were fresh. I can't be any fussier than that at the price. The upper floor windows had a distant view of the Mausoleum

It’s cozy hotel and well located 3 mins to the Kizilay center with very nice staff. I would give 5 stars but be careful there is no air conditioning and the baths are a bit small.

A very nice place, excellent location, near kizilay(10 min walk), so many bars nearby, live nights, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very very polite and kind personnel and the more important part: very cheap! You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus(route 442 and you can pay by cash and a 10 min walk later) or get a shuttle

We've got a double no smoke room, There was no smoke smell in our room, not a bigggg room but had enough space, nothing less than a 5star hotel
