Nice place to stay for a couple days before going to Istanbul. Great location for walking around town center.

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. We can enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes and Mount Ali from the breakfast room on the eighth floor and our room on the seventh floor. The room we stayed at was quiet and comfortable enough for us to sleep well. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast on the top floor. Rooms very warm and couldn't be cooled unless windows open. Also couldn't turn off all room lights unless we unplugged the room key card and shut off the room power.

Nice quiet location. Aircon didn't work and we were told it was the area and not within their control. 10min easy walk to the main *****. Rooms are a good size and you are very close to the mosque, so you will get the call to prayer.

Our room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was good. We stayed there during our visit for ski tourism. Having breakfast at the hotel saved us time compared to having breakfast out.

Close to Kayseri Airport. The front desk can help arrange a taxi, but the soundproofing isn't great.

The room was generally clean, though there were a couple of hairs on the bed sheets. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth noting. The pull-out bed for a child was not very comfortable. On a positive note, the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the water drainage was very poor, which was a significant inconvenience for us. I’m not sure how easily that issue...

The room was very clean; they were really meticulous about hygiene. The bathroom, in particular, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. It's a hotel you can choose with complete peace of mind regarding cleanliness.

Excellent apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Literally 5 minutes from the central square. Conveniently, there's a washing machine. The room is clean, smoke-free, and check-in was quick. There's always somewhere to eat nearby, even at night.

Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the main road, even if it is warmer due to the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view. A slightly sore point is the bathroom, poorly maintained...

Excellent service, decent environment, very good cleaning, very good breakfast. There is hot water all the time. I asked for 5 ready waters, they gave them, I asked how much it cost, they said it was free. I was very pleased. The staff is very respectful. Foreign tourists also often prefer it. I recommend it to everyone.

My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. In the end I did not use the hotel, but I appreciated the quickness of the refund and thought I'd leave a positive comment.

Stayed here two nights for a layover. A very Presseamt experience. Price - value is great, rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was nice and polite too. I was a solo female traveler and felt welcomed and safe. Would recommend totally!

I have been accommodated for 7 nights in a double room in the hotel for a ski trip in Mt. Erciyes. The rooms were very clean and cozy, personell was nice and helpful in organizing the ski pass and balloon flight in Capadoccia. The upper Restaurant at the 9-th floor has excellent local food and drinks, also the terasse offers a nice view around the city hills and Mt. Erciyes. I would recommend this...

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. The traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant were great. It is also superior to other hotels in the field in terms of price / performance. Thanks to hard working professional staff.

I can't recommend this place enough. The rooftop pool view alone is worth the price.

Neutral review. I just visited to receive guest. There location is near to city center which is accessible for markets and main centers of Kayseri city. But streets outside are much busy and crowdy

It was a good experiment the only thing I did not like is that there are some noise for some work in the hotel in the morning under my room window. Which was very annoying to me.

A very good and friendly personal, very good location, walking distance to the castle, Old bazaar, city center , also Erciyes Mountain is just 10 min by car. It was the best experience we have ever had in Kayseri with my family. Preisworth, and extra good quality with a traditional egsotisch feeling included.

Contrary to what's written in the reviews, this is a clean, beautiful hotel. It's a perfect value for money hotel. We'll choose it again.

We stayed for one night and found the room to be quite basic, but honestly, it was still great value for the price. The buffet breakfast was amazing, especially considering we only paid £30 for the night. Overall, it was a really good deal and definitely worth the money.
