Room is good and clean,the breakfast is gorgeous!
We chose the deluxe jacuzzi room. The room was covered in water, a disgrace; it was leaking. The air conditioning also didn't work. The room's lighting system was on all night, regardless of the guests, and we were completely sleepless. Breakfast was scheduled for 10:30, but even though we arrived at 10:00, we were told it was over. But the waiter, thankfully, made a breakfast plate himself and brought it to us, and we ate it. I think this hotel is definitely not worth the money. I will definitely not stay there again.
I understand that 3-star ratings vary from country to country, but this hotel is a bit too run-down.
However, the staff were very kind and accommodating when I asked to change rooms. I was immediately moved to a different room that was significantly better.
The location is certainly convenient, within walking distance of the central area - restaurants, shops, Kayseri Castle, etc. But it's a bit of a weird area. Felt very safe though.
Overall, you get exactly what you pay for! It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't have been able to stay longer.
