From a price-to-value perspective, choosing this hotel at these prices is illogical. Charging for water just because it's in a glass bottle is ridiculous.

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to two wonderful ladies at the reception: Șeyma and Elif. :) They were both extremely helpful and took great care of me. I forgot some things in my hotel room, and they called me immediately. I definitely recommend the hotel, and I will surely stay here during my next trips to Kayseri.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.

Positions itself as a five star hotel but in fact it isn’t. Great rooms but the infrastructure is lacking: small spa-center with tiny steam rooms, small gym with a dark swimming pool, the restaurant is fine but with a limited selection, the reception is all right but with a limited English knowledge. Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. We can enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes and Mount Ali from the breakfast room on the eighth floor and our room on the seventh floor. Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. In the end I did not use the hotel, but I appreciated the quickness of the refund and thought I'd leave a positive comment.

Price/performance hotel. The staff are amateur but well-intentioned and ready to help. We came to Erciyes to ski and since the mountain hotels were too expensive, we stayed in the center of Kayseri and made the round trip, 28 km away from the mountain. The missing items in the room were brought quickly and without objection. The breakfast was average in taste and sufficient.
