Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day

Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. One trip takes nearly half an hour

The location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city

The amenities are excellent; this is our second time staying at this hotel (we stayed two years ago). The beds, pillows, and mattresses are all superb. There's a pool, sauna, and hammam

However, if you complain to the hotel reception, cleaning issues tend to get resolved more or less. The TV is an old model, if anyone cares. No Smart TV, no YouTube, and the hard drive or flash drive won't connect

Cleaning is a big issue here, and monitoring it is also a challenge. We're just not picky, so it's fine for us; the advantages outweigh the other advantages, but those who value cleanliness may not like it

The Wyndham Grand Kayseri is situated in center  of Kayseri city. We were lucky to to have a room with a view of the mosque and the Mount Erciyes overlooking the city

The espresso and coffee in the downstairs cafe is also very good

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during a business trip. It's close to the city center, but there aren't many restaurants nearby, except for Big Chefs on the first floor, which is quite pricey

The hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast restaurant on the rooftop floor was great. I heard it starts at 7:30 AM, but it seemed to open earlier

Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast on the top floor. Rooms very warm and couldn't be cooled unless windows open

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

Great rooms but the infrastructure is lacking: small spa-center with tiny steam rooms, small gym with a dark swimming pool, the restaurant is fine but with a limited selection, the reception is all right but with a limited English knowledge

Our room was spacious enough, and the breakfast was good. We stayed there during our visit for ski tourism. Having breakfast at the hotel saved us time compared to having breakfast out.

The hotel is very new and has its own parking lot. The room is large, clean and tidy. The service staff's English is not very good, so communication is a bit difficult

The toilet wouldn't flush properly without repeatedly pumping the button, and the soap wasn't refilled and ran out. Breakfast was decent and the location was convenient, that's the only good thing I can say

Regarding these apartments: clean, no cigarette smoke, always available parking, internet (it was a bit slow in the evenings from 9am to 10am or 11am), all the dishes are there, the water pressure is good, it's warm, the mattresses are decent, and the A101 is 30 meters from the entrance

There are plenty of shawarma and other fast food options nearby. The Forum shopping center is a short drive away. The local Kremlin is a 7-10-minute walk away. This is an excellent value for money option in Kayseri

Across the road is a Holiday Inn, with a BIG CHEF (a rather pretentious Turkish chain) on the ground floor, and a hotel restaurant on the top floor, which you can also access with a view of Erciyes in good weather

Migros always sold everything, and on the way to Erciyes, if you're heading to Davel, there's an amazing liquor store in a cave in the last village; it was always open and had a huge selection

There were three of us in a two-bedroom suite. If you have two adults and a small child (up to 165 cm), you can get a one-bedroom apartment; a child will fit on the sofa bed

There are two roads to Erciyes: the main one to Davel and the second one to Hasilar via Hasilar. Both roads have minimal traffic lights, so you can get there quickly

We really enjoyed our stay at the Das 3917 hotel, perfect service, very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. Excellent cuisine, incredible selection of delicacies and also a great spa with saunas and a pool.

I woke up at 7 or 8 am after four consecutive days of skiing—I was exhausted! It would be a shame to stay at a ski hotel without skiing. It snowed every day; I hadn't seen natural snowflakes in ten years

Coming to Turkey, after a hot air balloon ride, it's straight to skiing. It's only a 1-2 hour drive away, so convenient! The hotel has free Wi-Fi; you can buy an eSIM outdoors

My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking

I have been accommodated for 7 nights in a double room in the hotel for a ski trip in Mt. The rooms were very clean and cozy, personell was nice and helpful in organizing the ski pass and balloon flight in Capadoccia

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. The traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant were great

The Food is Good, But Soundproofing and Noise are a Big Problem First, let me talk about the good points: The food was really delicious, the location is not bad, and the shuttle service works quite quickly
