Real House Boutique Hotel in Kayseri

It wasn't good experience for us. Room was chip but definitely different than on photo. We booked a room in non-smoking area, but smell of cigarettes stayed always in our room and on corridor. We chose this hotel because of budget and also because they were replying about transfer to Ercies. Cause we came for skiing. And first morning staff, receptions didn't call transfer, and it was without any apologies in this time boy receptionist told no problem just come in the morning 😕
So... Check better. Everyone speaks about ome special hospitality, but really, if you don't show your money, you will not to have anything.

Dirty room. Dirty bathroom. Only one power socket in the whole room. Reeking of tobacco. Photos are deceiving, the condition of the hotel is bad. Linen look clean but did not smell good.
