Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport. The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira.

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. We arrived after 3am and we were greeted by an amazing staff member. Room was spacious and clean. The next morning the staff helped us answer lots of questions and get a cab to our car rental. Highly recommend!

Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours). Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry. The staff is friendly.

Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. I asked for 5 ready waters, they gave them, I asked how much it cost, they said it was free. I was very pleased. The staff is very respectful. Foreign tourists also often prefer it. My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. Rooms are quite large for families, very friendly stuff with their utmost attention to the guests’ requests. They have free shuttle to the ski area which is around 5 mins away from the hotel. Foods are delicious and the hotel overall has a cozy and warm atmosphere.

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility.
