The swimming pool is awesome with great mountain view. Just remember to bring your swimming cap or you can buy one there for 200 Turkish Lira

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day

Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. One trip takes nearly half an hour

Great location! Near tram station and is right next to the largest mall in Kayseri. Room is clean and spacious, with good mountain view. Also just 10 minutes car ride to the airport

Many museums, churches, historical houses, markets, mosques, the city fortress, shopping centers, and even the airport (just a 10-minute taxi ride away) can be reached on foot

Cleaning is a big issue here, and monitoring it is also a challenge. We're just not picky, so it's fine for us; the advantages outweigh the other advantages, but those who value cleanliness may not like it

Cleaning and cleanliness - they're very poor in the rooms. They wash the floors every other time, and even then, they don't sweep or mop the corners or under the furniture, and they don't dust

However, if you complain to the hotel reception, cleaning issues tend to get resolved more or less. The TV is an old model, if anyone cares. No Smart TV, no YouTube, and the hard drive or flash drive won't connect

The changing rooms were renovated this year, and you can tell they've been updated. The view from the window onto the square is superb. The rooms are very warm, sometimes even too hot

The location is the best in Kayseri, in my opinion, everything is close, and there's a direct road to Erciyes without having to meander through the city

Transfer to the ski area and back, a ski pass is issued on a deposit of $ 100. At the reception they speak English and Russian (not all). All employees are friendly and always ready to help

Great rooms but the infrastructure is lacking: small spa-center with tiny steam rooms, small gym with a dark swimming pool, the restaurant is fine but with a limited selection, the reception is all right but with a limited English knowledge

The pool/spa area is not able to charge any service to your room so you must bring a credit card with you. The pool requires a swim cap (which costs 10tl at the spa) which would have been good to know before we arrived

I have been coming this hotel since last year and whenever I come here I feel like my home nice service and food are love to I can’t even explain how good and the receptionist, Mr. Adem all ways smiley and helpful

I like the atmosphere and hotel. Restaurant staff were very friendly and food was very delicious. Customer service also was good enough. Hotel location is the best, close to ski pists

Very nice hotel with kids area. My daughter enjoyed as well because of kids play area. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean. Will definetly book it again if I am going to keyseri.

Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and in all that time the house keepers came every single day to clean the room, including the toilet. They also brought new towels every single time

We went to Erciyes for skiing as a family. We stayed in the center of Kayseri. You can reach Erciyes by car in 25 km and 25 minutes. The location of the hotel, its rooms, its building were good

The temperature of the rooms, its bathroom and its width were adequate. It was also successful in terms of cleanliness. But the breakfast was very good. Especially the soups were amazing

The receptionist didn't speak any English. The accomodations are very basic. The location has its plus and minus. It's not in a pretty part of town. But it is downtown close to the Kayseri Castle, metro, Bazaar and so on

There is no soundproofing and until midnight you can not fall asleep, everyone rattles, makes noise and talks loudly. Very uncomfortable high pillows, but a comfortable bed

The shower is good, there is always hot water, but after washing the whole toilet room is flooded with water, because only a hole in the floor

I figured with going to the mountain I have to have internet with me at all time and also Turkish people don't really speak English so google translator is a must. I would advise all tourists to do the same

My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast

Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants

The room was great! Very close to the airport, and the service was great! Especially the mattress! So comfortable! It was the most comfortable mattress I've ever had on a business trip! A little firm, but soft enough! Super comfortable!

The staff at reception were kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both tasty and affordable. The shuttle bus service to the Erciyes ski resort was also good (12 USD) for a return ticket.

Very good hotel, rooms are ok and breakfast is nice. Clean rooms tasty food more than enough. 5 stars from me. Plus it is close to the tram station like 3 min of walk.
