It's not a 4-star hotel. From the outside, it looks very nice, but the decoration of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The reception is very dirty, the rooms are unkempt, the TV is laughable, there are lots of flies in the rooms. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

This is a lovely family run hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted so warmly by the owners son. After our ballon ride the next morning they asked when we wanted the breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hanci caves. The host Mustafa was brilliant and he made us feel very comfortable. He could get almost anything done- including last minute booking of jeep safari when our balloon ride got cancelled due to bad weather. The rooms were comfortable and unique. Definitely recommended

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff like Mustafa. It's unique layout makes it an interesting place to live. The breakfast is really nice with fresh salad, bread rolls, omelette, olives and jam. The airport is 50 mins drive. There are many nice restaurants on the same road.

Our room was spacious, light and airy with a balcony overlooking the garden and up the hill to rock houses. Shops and restaurants were a ten minute walk away. The bathroom was very modern, well appointed and everything worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was healthy and acceptable. Personally, I recommend Yildiz hotel for accommodation specially for the Cappadocia Ultra trail Event and other purposes. In the end, I must be thankful for hotel manager and other people who works in Yildiz hotel because of their kindness and hospitality.

This isn't just a hotel, it's a fairytale! Everything starts right from the entrance, at the front desk. A big thank you to the gentleman who was like an uncle to us; he genuinely cared and was always eager to help whenever he saw us struggling. My husband and I stayed in this wonderful place for 2.5 days and were extremely happy. Highly recommend! 🫶

The hotel is in the center of Ürgüp, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, but for friends with claustrophobia, the cave room seems a bit cramped, but it is very nice to have a jacuzzi. Thanks to Mr. KAAN, we had a nice tour thanks to the map he gave.

Great hotel, beautiful views and nice staff. My room was really pretty and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. I did not rate it a 5 because the fireplace was not working and that was something I was really looking forward to.

Magnificent and unique hotel. Beautiful large rooms with spa. Perfect base to explore the region. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Our host Onur made it feel like a home rather than a hotel and all request were met with a friendly smile.

A boutique cave hotel with well thought out room layout. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the sleeping area, pleasant. There was an air conditioner in the sitting area at the entrance of the bedroom to ensure a constant temperature. Outside, are several shared open areas where we had a nice picnic in the lovely spring weather. Nice!

A hotel of an average standard. Meals are sufficient but of average quality. One day tasteless fried mackerel. A lot of noise from the nearby, very busy road. If you have a room facing south-west (above the red roof) then please change because you won't sleep well at night.

Hard to communicate with hotel service. Handle to our room door felt off and we were told to go, do our stuff and leave the room open (!). Besides that, quite clean rooms but with problems with hot water. The sliding door to toilet in room is a complete mistake.

This is a very comfortable and extremely well designed hotel. The view is spectacular. Heated floors in every room is perfect. Breakfast is healthy and accessible to vegetarians. We had an amazing stay, and the room was fantastic. Ozan, the manager, was extremely helpful with arranging activities. Ürgüp is a quiet area compared to Göreme, which is much busier—perfect if you’re looking for something a bit off the beaten path.

This is a delightful hotel with many rooms cut into the rock. Our room featured a circular jacuzzi bath and double shower bathroom. Lovely views from the dining area during breakfast and supper. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just one proviso - there are quite a few steps to negotialte but well worth the effort
