Beautiful cozy place, family owned place, simple but nourishing breakfast, rustic, romantic, classic. Well kept. Neat and tidy, plenty of place to walk around. Comfortable stay.

Unique experience. Heaps of room in bedroom. Bathroom was huge. Very quiet. Lovely views from the front. Breakfast was lovely. Family made you feel right at home. A good walk to town. Coming home was all uphill but a warm shower and comfortable bed awaits.

Very comfortable beds in this little hotel which is really more of a ‘bed and breakfast’ which UK travellers will identify with. Very friendly and incredibly helpful owner. Breakfast is basic but with delicious cooked eggs is perfect. Very atmospheric to stay in a Cave Hotel within walking distance of several good restaurants. You can just about see the hot air balloons at dawn in the distant skies

The staff was excellent. Especially Ibrahim, who went above and beyond. Our room and friend’s rooms were comfortable and unique with great views from our terraced area. Location was good with excellent nearby restaurant to walk home from. No hesitation to recommend. Hot air ballooning is a must.

Our room was spacious, light and airy with a balcony overlooking the garden and up the hill to rock houses. Shops and restaurants were a ten minute walk away. The bathroom was very modern, well appointed and everything worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Generally, we were satisfied with our stay here. (Just one night) The hotel is located in a central area. The garden of the hotel is beautiful and it is nice to sit there. The room and the bed were clean. The only problem was that our room was heading the main street, which made it noisy during the night. The noise isolation could be better. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr herzlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir haben sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Das Frühstück nimmt man in einer mit Wein umrankten grünen Oase ein. Es ist landestypisch und frisch zubereitet. Dort kann man auch abends gemütlich im Schein bunter Lampions sitzen. Die Innenstadt ist in 200 Metern Entfernung Alles bestens Tessekuer

Breakfast was healthy and acceptable. Personally, I recommend Yildiz hotel for accommodation specially for the Cappadocia Ultra trail Event and other purposes. In the end, I must be thankful for hotel manager and other people who works in Yildiz hotel because of their kindness and hospitality.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were so big and the beds were very comfortable. The cave rooms are kept very clean and the breakfast was great. Bilal and Burcu were amazing hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms. Strange layout with hall between bedroom and bathroom which had a random gym bench in it! Beautiful views from terrace. Comfy bed. Nice linens and pillows. Would absolutely recommend for the price.

It's not a 4-star hotel. From the outside, it looks very nice, but the decoration of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The reception is very dirty, the rooms are unkempt, the TV is laughable, there are lots of flies in the rooms. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

The best stuff, very attentive, rooms are clean and room service cleans them during the day. Food is delicious

A hotel of an average standard. Meals are sufficient but of average quality. One day tasteless fried mackerel. A lot of noise from the nearby, very busy road. If you have a room facing south-west (above the red roof) then please change because you won't sleep well at night.

Hard to communicate with hotel service. Handle to our room door felt off and we were told to go, do our stuff and leave the room open (!). Besides that, quite clean rooms but with problems with hot water. The sliding door to toilet in room is a complete mistake.

Very nice staff, but this hotel has maximum 3*. Rooms should be renovated. Food is ok, room mostly clean. There is no lift. Shop is in the area. Even good location if we have a car or want to take taxi.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Remove your cards from Apple Pay or better don’t use local...

We stayed here March 2026, Fifi and Mehmet were wonderful hosts. The hotel is very well located central to shops and restaurant but also on the hill so excellent views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was like a cave but had a window and plenty of space.

This is a delightful hotel with many rooms cut into the rock. Our room featured a circular jacuzzi bath and double shower bathroom. Lovely views from the dining area during breakfast and supper.
