Lovely and authentic Turkish cave hotel. Picturesque beauty. Hotel is about one kilometre away from Urgup city center. My room was very big with a large bathroom. The area is located inside hills though some rooms are artificially made cave. Nonetheless, inside room one may feel suffocation. The breakfast was good. Staffs were friendly. Good price.

We were on a tour bus and had arrived at our hotel about 150m away from the MDC restaurant. We were greeted by the MDC restaurant staff at around 9pm and were shown to a table. This hotel is set in a location that is just fantastic. It feels like you are part of a dream. The rooms are big and you have everything you could need. However - we were very disappointed with the food! We had people who do not eat beef and 2 nights in a row they were served something full of tomatoes ! When questioned the staff just did nothing to assist!

Unexpected the cave - rooms were lavishly big, clean and at comfortable temperature. We could enjoy all because Ekin Keks made huge effort to settle us in, with a smile. Great value for stay with plenty of space in the family connected rooms. Kids loved the pool and the jetted bathtub. We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel, the fruit plate upon arrival, and the hotel restaurant, which had a good number of kid friendly and vegetarian options!

Our room was spacious, light and airy with a balcony overlooking the garden and up the hill to rock houses. Shops and restaurants were a ten minute walk away. The bathroom was very modern, well appointed and everything worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was healthy and acceptable. Personally, I recommend Yildiz hotel for accommodation specially for the Cappadocia Ultra trail Event and other purposes. In the end, I must be thankful for hotel manager and other people who works in Yildiz hotel because of their kindness and hospitality.

It's not a 4-star hotel. From the outside, it looks very nice, but the decoration of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The reception is very dirty, the rooms are unkempt, the TV is laughable, there are lots of flies in the rooms. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

The best stuff, very attentive, rooms are clean and room service cleans them during the day. Food is delicious

A hotel of an average standard. Meals are sufficient but of average quality. One day tasteless fried mackerel. A lot of noise from the nearby, very busy road. If you have a room facing south-west (above the red roof) then please change because you won't sleep well at night.

Hard to communicate with hotel service. Handle to our room door felt off and we were told to go, do our stuff and leave the room open (!). Besides that, quite clean rooms but with problems with hot water. The sliding door to toilet in room is a complete mistake.

Very nice staff, but this hotel has maximum 3*. Rooms should be renovated. Food is ok, room mostly clean. There is no lift. Shop is in the area. Even good location if we have a car or want to take taxi.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Very good hotel for one night, nice staff, good meals

We stayed here March 2026, Fifi and Mehmet were wonderful hosts. The hotel is very well located central to shops and restaurant but also on the hill so excellent views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was like a cave but had a window and plenty of space.

This is a delightful hotel with many rooms cut into the rock. Our room featured a circular jacuzzi bath and double shower bathroom. Lovely views from the dining area during breakfast and supper. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just one proviso - there are quite a few steps to negotialte but well worth the effort
