Pegas Cave Suites in Uerguep

I stayed at this beautiful new hotel in Cappadocia, and it perfectly captures the authentic spirit of the region. Though newly built, everything — from the stone details to the interior design — feels true to local tradition.

We stayed in a standard room while our friends chose the VIP suite with a private pool — both were stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the first moment.

There’s a lovely rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view, especially in good weather. Breakfast is buffet-style, everything fresh and delicious — I especially loved the meze selection.

The location is great too: you can easily walk to the restaurants and cafes in Ürgüp. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would love to come back!

We chose this hotel for Valentine's Day, stayed for two nights, and were very pleased with everything. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Mehmet at the reception, who prepared delicious omelets for us every morning and cleaned our room. They were very helpful in every way and accompanied our holiday with their pleasant conversations. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we ever travel to the area.

This is honestly the nicest place I have ever stayed in my life. The service was 10/10 and they arranged for all my tours. Id definitely recommend. I stayed in the queen suite.

My experience at the Pegas Cave Suites was amazing. The first thing to consider is comparing the price to the place and the service. As a young couple, it was a great budget for us as we wanted to have a honeymoon on our holiday.

Staying at the hotel has definitely given us a great moment and time to create memories as a couple with a terrace outside our room, TV and mini fridge where we can have snacks and a wonderful jacuzzi that we enjoyed.

The room service was great as we had cleaners everyday and refreshments for the room. The room was very authentic which makes you experience the nature of Cappadocia.

The hotel was located in a very quiet area and gives you a peace of mind and privacy, despite the fact that the main city is just a 5 minute walk to all the food shops, markets and souvenirs and this is also convenient for travel as we didn’t have car and getting to places was easy.

In the morning, the guests are offered a breakfast buffet in the main building, and you are served egg as to your liking. I would like to especially mention how wonderful the ladies working in the kitchen were with their greeting and hospitality.

Finally, as we had to broad our flight from Nevsehir Airport, the hotel offered us a shuttle service which is paid separately and is convenient and easy to pack up from your hotel to the airport.

An improvement I would like to leave here would be the rooms offered with a Jacuzzi, as the filters should be changed and special capsules should be used to clean the jacuzzi , such as chlorine.

Overall, our experience as a couple has been with lots of lovely memories and would definitely advise anyone who wants to stay in Urgup to try this hotel.

It was a wholesome experience here. Very calm and cozy atmosphere, with a very clean and tidy rooms and coming to the staff and the service they were very cooperative, attentive and very polite to the guests. Would highly recommend for the people who are planning to visit Cappadocia.it’s a great stay .

OMG! I had a wonderful experience staying at Pegas! The rooms look just like the photos, the staff was super friendly and attentive and helpful in planning tours or transport for our day to day excursions. Ishmael, Selenya, & Selim were all a big help. The hotel was also a 5 min walk from Urgup city center filled with eateries and shops. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Cappadocia.

Excellent property - nice courtyard and centrally located. Staff was super helpful and arranged shuttles from and to the airport. They also were great in recommending local spots and booking activites (ATV, Green Tour and Turkish Bath).

Pegas Suite is very well located just two minutes from the city center. The room we booked was very comfortable with a large bathroom and large shower. Parking is free on the street just in front of the hotel. The available spaces were always ample at the time of our visit. The employees were really kind and attentive. A very good address to keep
