Well located hotel, great staff, very good breakfast and dinner buffet it even have a Hamami and an inner pool . The one located outside is big and there’s a bar right by the pool area. The rooms are clean and confortable. Very fair price, but it definitely is not a five star hotel, neither the prices which are very affordable. So, you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed very much my stay in the hotel together with my friends. Food and accomodation were super. It was a point of departure for our touristic visits in the region.

Dinler Hotel Urgup Mehmet Dinler Bulvari, Urgup , Cappadocia We spent two nights over here. The rooms are very clean and the mattresses are sooo comfortable. Their buffets are lavish. Both, for breakfasts and dinners. We had a minor issue in the toilet, as the flush was not functioning. In seconds, maintenance was at the door, to fix the problem.

Weird layout of room.Poorly lit with the mirror above the sink at chest level.Couldnt figure that out. Had to bend knees and stoop forward to use mirror .No Kleenex,one small roll toilet paper and the shower didn't work .The shower gel container did not dispense.

Came with tour for 2 nights. Room is small but clean. Bathroom extremely small, poorly equipped, thin, worn towels, shower looks dated and has some mold by the floor. No shelf for own soap, shampoo etc. No lotion, no iron. Also no housekeeping service on second day, nothing replaced (water, tea bags, towels). I would rated 3* and wouldn’t stay here on my own.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are colorful, in caves. In the evening the lights come on and the views become simply incredible. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very responsive. Of the minuses, perhaps, the wi-fi did not work in the room. Only at the reception. Otherwise, everything is great.

The room is special and nice. Please note that the location is a little far from Goreme. The heating is hot and there is only a window on the entrance side, so I was a little worried about sleeping with the window open.

Our room was spacious, light and airy with a balcony overlooking the garden and up the hill to rock houses. Shops and restaurants were a ten minute walk away. The bathroom was very modern, well appointed and everything worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms. The hotel staffs are so amazing, they are willing to help anything we ask for, I needed to make a phone call for my car issues, BEYZA the receptionist offered her phone and deal with issues for me. The male receptionists at night shift also help me out with my car. Definitely highly recommended However The hotel room requires some maintenance such as bathtub leakage.

A hotel of an average standard. Meals are sufficient but of average quality. One day tasteless fried mackerel. A lot of noise from the nearby, very busy road. If you have a room facing south-west (above the red roof) then please change because you won't sleep well at night.

Great value for stay with plenty of space in the family connected rooms. Kids loved the pool and the jetted bathtub. We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel, the fruit plate upon arrival, and the hotel restaurant, which had a good number of kid friendly and vegetarian options!

The stay was okay and overall very good. The place was clean and well maintained, and the management was also good. The location was excellent, and the amenities provided were premium. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Amazing views and rooms. After all you are staying in a cave. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was mold in our bathroom. :( I would maybe even go down to 3 stars for this reason but everything else was very quaint and nice. It’s the highest cave hotel in the area so not super walkable to the nearby shops, but there are taxis. Overall it’s a wonderful cave hotel.

The rooms were amazing and the in-suite sauna and Hammam was great. All round service was above average and all staff were friendly and helpful. We booked our balloon excursion via the hotel and Duygu was very helpful in obtaining us a spot albeit that it we only booked the day before the flight. Cappadocia was the highlight of our Turkey trip and we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kayakapi Caves Hotel. Guest Services were very helpful prior to our arrival organising two tours around this part of Cappadocia. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren't able to go on our hot air ballooning but the hotel was able to rearrange our ground tours at short notice.

Far from the city. Would have stayed closer to the town if we knew the area. They offer a shuttle to the town but you have to get your own way back. Cost around 500 lira one way. The rooms were okay, I personally didn’t enjoy staying in a cave. There was a smell which I couldn’t get used to. Pillows and bed were not 5 star No hot air balloon view at all Breakfast was okay.
