Nice hotel and very kind staff We stayed three nights, all the staff use very well face mask and breakfast is served in a new and hygienic way! Perissia hotel is the best in Cappadocia! It is located near to National park. Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place

The hotel has been renovated over time, yet the warm hospitality and truly excellent dinners have remained the same. Every visit feels like coming back home in Cappadocia

Well located hotel, great staff, very good breakfast and dinner buffet it even have a Hamami and an inner pool. The one located outside is big and there’s a bar right by the pool area. The rooms are clean and confortable

So the place needed building maintenance and needed to be more diligent in enforcing non smoking in areas of the hotel that are non smoking. Their ventilation system is faulted at best

The Dinler Hotel is the first Five Star hotel in Urgup, Cappadocia. Our stay In Dinler Hotel was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. The view from the hotel was breath taking.

Very comfortable beds in this little hotel which is really more of a ‘bed and breakfast’ which UK travellers will identify with. Very friendly and incredibly helpful owner

Poorly lit with the mirror above the sink at chest level. Had to bend knees and stoop forward to use mirror. No Kleenex,one small roll toilet paper and the shower didn't work. The shower gel container did not dispense

Bathroom extremely small, poorly equipped, thin, worn towels, shower looks dated and has some mold by the floor. No shelf for own soap, shampoo etc

I love that the large window opens wide; unfortunately, my room faces the bus parking lot. My room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker, small tv with 2 english channels, 2 complimentary bottled water

This hotel is very nice we were very happy to stop here on our trip around Turkey. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. We didn't get to walk out of the hotel to see if there was anything within walking distance

The guests predominantly are from group tours as there were 10 huge motor coaches parked outside overlooking my assigned room. My room was rather nice compact but comfortable, crisp sheets, and clean

But the best part of our accommodation was the service of its staff, mr Aydin and Ilyas

Ertan, the owner, helped us arranging transfer from and to airport, suggesting good restaurants, and most exciting served us as a personal tour guide to show us all the interesting places in Cappadocia, from historic sites to elegant rug, pottery and jewelry shops

They provided best service for us, mr Ilyas gave us a heater because the weather was really cold, and mr Aydin introduced us the best of the city to visit especially a friend for horse riding

My husband and I stayed in this lovely hotel for a night, and should say that it was a great and unforgettable experience since the room was the same as its photos on the Internet, it was cozy and comfortable especially due to a warm jakuzi inside

Great hotel in a great place near Cappadocia. Quick drive to the top attractions in Goreme but Urgup itself is a town full of culture. Nice to stay somewhere different from the usual tourist attractions

No Air con in our room which was not needed in April but maybe in the summer. Not sure if it's the same for the whole hotel but again for the price it was a great stay

The rooms are colorful, in caves. In the evening the lights come on and the views become simply incredible. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very responsive

It is also about a 10-minute walk from the center of Goreme, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy both the city center and the typical scenery of Cappadocia

They also offer a wide range of room service, which was helpful as we were unable to eat out during our stay due to heavy snowfall

We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children) and it was spacious and comfortable

Of the minuses, perhaps, the wi-fi did not work in the room. Otherwise, everything is great

The breakfast was fine but we would be more glad if it was organised in an "open buffet" style, rather than picking up from the kitchen where the hotel owners are standing

The only problem was that our room was heading the main street, which made it noisy during the night. The noise isolation could be better

This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms

located in the middle of the National Park of Cappadocia; Ortahisar town is easily accessible and a beautiful spot for walking and trekking peeps! The town is surrounded by the popular valleys of Cappadocia which makes Castle inn a good spot to base for those long walks

We spent 3 nights in this Boutique Hotel in Urgup, simply unique!! Situated in avery quite area, the Hotel is very nice with comfortable and spacious rooms inside the cave, very clean, a very good position, few minutes from the center of Urgup, the Hamman and the shops

Thank you for the best hours of my life. If i can go back in time and spend my time their again i would. Also the breakfast is really amazing. And the cat are very well behaved and give you the most calming feeling ever

They went out of there way to take us out on their own accord so that we could experience things we wouldn't have been able to with a standard tour. The room was amazing, with it's own heated pool and jacuzzi

The service of the B&B owner is very good, and the Turkish locals are warm and simple. It's just that the overall environment and the price are not quite consistent. Psychologically, I think it's around 400

The hotel is decorated in a cave style. The courtyard, leisure platform and roof terrace are all very unique. The hygiene is also very good. Everywhere is clean and worthy of praise

The breakfast is also good, but there is a problem with drinking boiled water. It is not particularly convenient

Incredible rooms with astonishing decorations, every room is an experience by itself, a must when you come to Ürgüp. If you come in Winter you will appreciated to good heating and hot shower

They made and brought us local snacks such as lokum, gözleme and suçuk, which i might add was the best my turkish family and i had in turkey!!! On our first evening the staff noticed us being tired and immediately offered to order food in instead of us having to go to the city and eat in a restaurant

The rooms can be cleaned everyday if you want to and they also give you great advice where to eat and see the best places in all of kapdokia
