A lovely hotel to stay at. The staff there were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been more accomodating. They helped us with airport shuttles and tour bookings which was super convenient. They also kept offering us drinks and asking if there was anything we needed or anything more they could do for us. They were incredibly friendly. 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance.

My first visit in Turkey and obviously in Capadocia, I started my trip from there and my first hotel experience was awesome. Hotel feels like home, owner is so nice and friendly . Awesome service. Loved their food menu too. I had a beautiful night with food and wine on first day beside fireplace.

generally we had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our flight landed early and the staff let us check in in the morning so we didn’t need to wait outside. Rooms are pretty clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts are authentic Turkish food and we enjoyed it a lot 🥰

What a charming location! After a long day of crowds and touring Cappadocia this was the perfect respite. It is a quiet little town but still has great dining options and coffee bars. Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread. Only thing is that the cave room can get stuffy, because we stayed in Nov which is the start of Winter hence no air-conditioning. But would stay here again!

I have absolutely loved my experience here. Hotel owner is most welcoming, friendly, and made sure requests and needs were met. He went above and beyond, and treated us as family. Beyond exceptional, wonderful service and wonderful room. In the morning you can see the hot air balloons form the room , amazing. Booked this place for our honeymoon and they impressed me every opportunity they got. Even help me to plan a surprise birthday for my wife. They went beyond their duty. To me, Goreme art stone Hotel is an extremely comfortable place to stay. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the the service during our stay in Goreme. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Very recommended, trust me!

Very good location, since you are 2 minutes walking from center and all shops and restaurants. The staff super helpful and friendly, the room was great, however in the morning the housekeeping staff on the corridors a little bit to loud.  Overall experience was great in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet in a busy city. The overall style is retro and artistic, but the room decoration is old, especially the bathroom is small. The hotel breakfast is on the 3rd floor, with a good view, and good bread and fruit.

The bathroom and shower room were too small and the water splashed a lot, which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Next time, I will stay at a different hotel.
