The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are friendly and very caring. We stayed with my arlads, the rooms were very clean, the food and morning breakfast were delicious and very plentiful. Thank you

Weird layout of room.Poorly lit with the mirror above the sink at chest level.Couldnt figure that out. Had to bend knees and stoop forward to use mirror .No Kleenex,one small roll toilet paper and the shower didn't work .The shower gel container did not dispense.

Came with tour for 2 nights. Room is small but clean. Bathroom extremely small, poorly equipped, thin, worn towels, shower looks dated and has some mold by the floor. No shelf for own soap, shampoo etc. No lotion, no iron. Also no housekeeping service on second day, nothing replaced (water, tea bags, towels). I would rated 3* and wouldn’t stay here on my own.

Stayed at this hotel with a tour group seeing Turkey. The hotel did not meet my expectation. The fifth floor rooms are poorly laid out. The bathroom sink wall is for midgets. The ceiling is slanted that when looking in the mirror you get a great view of your chest. The lighting is very poor. I used a flashlight for lighting to remove my contacts. Lovely hotel. Comfortable clean room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. The pool area is lovely. This hotel is very nice we were very happy to stop here on our trip around Turkey. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. We didn't get to walk out of the hotel to see if there was anything within walking distance.

Hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere. Room was too hot and no way to turn it down. Has to leave window open. Beautiful location, wish we could have enjoyed pool.

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a group tour. This was my favorite stay amongst all the hotels during our trip. The guests predominantly are from group tours as there were 10 huge motor coaches parked outside overlooking my assigned room. The hotel is quite big and the rooms are nice, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning and the wifi is a little bit poor. There is a restaurant street 7-8 minutes walk to the left of the hotel, which is very convenient

We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children) and it was spacious and comfortable. They also offer a wide range of room service, which was helpful as we were unable to eat out during our stay due to heavy snowfall. It is also about a 10-minute walk from the center of Goreme, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy both the city center and the typical scenery of Cappadocia. Breakfast...

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are colorful, in caves. In the evening the lights come on and the views become simply incredible. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very responsive. Of the minuses, perhaps, the wi-fi did not work in the room. Only at the reception. Otherwise, everything is great.

The room is special and nice. Please note that the location is a little far from Goreme. The heating is hot and there is only a window on the entrance side, so I was a little worried about sleeping with the window open.

Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. The Dinler Hotel is the first Five Star hotel in Urgup, Cappadocia. Our stay In Dinler Hotel was exceptional. The staff were very helpful. The view from the hotel was breath taking.

We’ve been staying here for many years for both business and family trips, and it never disappoints. A well-established hotel that feels reliable and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The hotel has been renovated over time, yet the warm hospitality and truly excellent dinners have remained the same. Every visit feels like coming back home in Cappadocia. Highly recommended.

Well located hotel, great staff, very good breakfast and dinner buffet it even have a Hamami and an inner pool . The one located outside is big and there’s a bar right by the pool area. The rooms are clean and confortable. Very fair price, but it definitely is not a five star hotel, neither the prices which are very affordable. So, you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed very much my stay in the hotel together with my friends. Food and accomodation were super. It was a point of departure for our touristic visits in the region.

Dinler Hotel Urgup Mehmet Dinler Bulvari, Urgup , Cappadocia We spent two nights over here. The rooms are very clean and the mattresses are sooo comfortable. Their buffets are lavish. Both, for breakfasts and dinners. We had a minor issue in the toilet, as the flush was not functioning. In seconds, maintenance was at the door, to fix the problem.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We only stayed one night but everyone was very kind and helpful. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a good selection.

The setting and hotel was unique and wonderful. We loved the "cave" experience. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Urgup and away from the busier Cappadocia towns.

This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The rooms are magical with jacuzzi tubs and fireplace. The beds are super comfortable. Quiet in the evenings yet easy to walk to town. The breakfast buffet has an abundance of choices. We could have stayed longer!

Excellent hotel like a castle Zehra was an excellent hostess and Khan at the reception very helpful Will certainly recommend and go back With the whole family to share this lovely experience,very safe area and food delicious and generous.

The room Ac was really almost non functional. Given how hot the temperature was I wish they have better AC system. Infact the 2nd bedroom had nothing to keep you cool. Our kid had to sleep in the couch due to that. Other than that the property is really nice well maintained and staff is excellent and very attentive.
