To be honest with you all the hotel is very good.
The breakfast is super delicious
The staff is smiling. Everyone is very good.
Especially in the reception, Abdullah and Mohammad is very helpful. They are like my brothers. I love them.
Bilal and Harun corlu is very helpful too
And a taxi driver guy Halil is very helpful. He helped us a lot.

Our Turkish Airlines flight was delayed, and the airline rebooked us to Elite World Hotel. We were traveling with a cat and had all required documents (WHTS). Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance about the hotel change or any pet-related policy. We only found out after arriving at the hotel.
At the hotel reception, the staff refused to assist us in contacting Turkish Airlines to clarify the situation or find a solution. We were left in a very stressful position, with a pet, without guidance or support.
We did not expect special treatment, but we expected basic assistance, especially since this accommodation was arranged by the airline, not by us. A simple phone call or coordination with Turkish Airlines could have resolved the issue.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and showed a lack of coordination and customer care. When travelers are involuntarily rebooked due to airline delays—especially those traveling with pets—both the airline and the hotel should handle the situation more responsibly.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication and guest support in similar situations in the future.

I love this hotel especially Abdullah and Mohammad help me a lot. They are like my brother I love them. Thanks to these two guys. I am happy whenever I see them. I wish I were living in this hotel for all my life well, because of these two guys I recommend everyone to come and see these two guys Abdullah and Mohammad thanks a lot guys

Elite World Hotel is located in the center of downtown Van with excellent shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, some with a view of Van Lake and the downtown area. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. While there I enjoyed the spa services including a massage and Turkish bath with Kadek. She was exceptional!

Hotel ***et was lovely, and we were very pleased. It's centrally located, close to everything. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pool and other amenities are also very good. I definitely recommend it.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. The receptionist, Sercan, was extremely helpful, friendly, and spoke multiple languages, so we had no communication issues. She patiently answered all our questions and shared useful information about the area. Thanks to her hospitality, we felt right at home. It was the perfect combination of professionalism and sincerity. This is definitely a hotel we would happily choose again on our next visit. 👍

The hotel is good for cleanliness and proximity to the city center. The gym and pool facilities are nice, but the location on the -1st floor is a bit annoying. The massage services and breakfast are inadequate for the price. The staff is friendly.
