Excellent location.Walking to the fairy chimneys shops restaurants is no problem. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes all around. The pension welcomes pets and there is no charge.The staff were very friendly.This pension attracts backpackers. Breakfast was not buffet style but was nice. There is parking outside the Pension. We stayed there spontaneously for one night and were very pleased. They showed us the room before we arrived. It was quite clean for a guesthouse. Although there was no parking, we easily parked in the municipal parking lot thanks to its central location. Being right in the middle of the square makes it very convenient to get everywhere on foot.

When I visited Canakkale, I stayed in Akar Pension during one week. I have only very positive impressions about this time - room was very clean, good price, perfect breakfasts ,staffs are very kind and friendly people. This was a lovely friendly guest house hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.our room was lovely with a separate bedroom for children.the food was scrumptious. The hotel is completely contained with a wall so no one can just walk-in or out without the staff knowing. This is a cash only hotels be aware. We got cash from the ATM as there was no facility to exchange foreign currency.

Just average. Nice location and building/courtyard but clearly they are aggressively cutting costs. Breakfast is just OK. Towels and all other room amenities are of the cheapest quality. For the same price, we stayed in much nicer accommodations in other cities.

The place is super cozy, feels like a big family house. The staff is very friendly and efficient, they would do anything to make your stay great. This hotel is a hidden gem with a beautiful courtyard garden for relaxing, a pool which children can enjoy, large sized rooms, and very attentive service. We were given a map of Bergama on arrival and offered advice on what sites to visit. The food was delicious. I recommend trying the eggplant, and there the breakfast is plentiful. I hope we can visit again!

The owner is a lovely woman, who helped my girlfriend and I during our stay in the pension. From welcoming us at an unusual time without reservation (2am) to book ferry's ticket for us cause was only possible through Turkish documents and credit card. I spend there 2 nights and it was great, they have clean rooms and restrooms and also a big kitchen. The location is just great in city centre. Also the prices are fair (9€ per night for a last minute reservation). The only problem is that they ask you to call them in order to open you the door but if you travelling abroad and you don’t have free roaming you’ll face some problems.

Stayed there for 3 nights and ended up adding one more because we liked the place so much. The view is incredible, the food good and fresh, the staff is so kind and their dog is very sweet. Get ready to walk a bit but the view makes it all worth it in the morning while having breakfast with the mountain and sea right there.

It's a clean place. Very close to the city centre. Staff are very helpful and polite. There is air conditioning and television in the rooms. There is no breakfast facility, but they make tea and coffee in the morning and evening, anyone can take it. There is a very cheap patisserie nearby, where you can buy breakfast and eat it in the courtyard of the hostel. The price is very affordable.

Great place to stay in Fethiye. Best budget option we found that's still open in the low season. The rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast is good, there's always tea available, and the staff are friendly.

For the price and convenient location it's great. Then you consider how friendly, helpful the staff is, and you realize a 5 star rating is quite fair. If you like airconditioning they have rooms equipt. You'll also be given a nice breakfast for free each morning, + free wifi. I would stay again if I was to return to Fethiye.
