This is hands down the best view of the bay of Selimiye. The people who operate the hotel are incredibly kind and hard working. The included breakfast is delicious. Truly a hidden gem. If you are in Selimiye and you would like to venture off the beaten path and enjoy a boutique mom & pop run hotel, this is it!

Incredible beautiful location, exceptional view, large room and great bathrooms. It’s owned and run by a family, so it feels more like a guest house than a “hotel”. The pool is great and refreshing! Definitely recommend this place when visiting Selimiye!

Nice location, great view and great pool (small though). The owner is very kind, his young daughter speaks good English (one of the few persons around). The hotel needs some work and it is a bit worn out. There is some building material around and I fell in a trapdoor (fortunately no major consequences than some bruises) because the cover of the pool filter was too thin. Good breakfast and, again, very kind people. The price for the room seemed excessive and I would have expected a discount because of my accident.

I loved Mr.Ali and his family's hospitality but we had two tough nights with a broken AC and 40 degrees weather and although they were helpful but unfortunately in 40 degree weather, nothing can compensate for a broken AC...

We stayed 3 nights in Alice Tatil Evi, the location of the hotel is perfect to have rest and enjoy the amazing view, by the pool to the sea. Turkish breakfast was very nice and tasty and they are trying to make each guest full and happy. :)) Their staff is really kind and helpful. They gave us all information we needed for the Selimiye and Marmaris, what to visit and where. Just the rooms aren’t what we expected. For that price they could be better. No tv, too much mosquitos, floor is very noisy when you walk. Those things could be improved. Besides that everything was nice and we can recommend it for staying on holiday.

Yusuf and Ali abi are amazing hosts. They helped us out with everything, we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and views. Worth the difficult roads!

We much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! Room was super clean and the service was great. The view is extremely relaxing by the pool. Turkish breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended if you’re staying in Selimiye
