This is hands down the best view of the bay of Selimiye. The people who operate the hotel are incredibly kind and hard working. The included breakfast is delicious. Truly a hidden gem. If you are in Selimiye and you would like to venture off the beaten path and enjoy a boutique mom & pop run hotel, this is it!

Incredible beautiful location, exceptional view, large room and great bathrooms. It’s owned and run by a family, so it feels more like a guest house than a “hotel”. The pool is great and refreshing! Definitely recommend this place when visiting Selimiye!

We stayed 3 nights in Alice Tatil Evi, the location of the hotel is perfect to have rest and enjoy the amazing view, by the pool to the sea. Turkish breakfast was very nice and tasty and they are trying to make each guest full and happy. :)) Their staff is really kind and helpful. They gave us all information we needed for the Selimiye and Marmaris, what to visit and where. Just the rooms aren’t what we expected. For that price they could be better. No tv, too much mosquitos, floor is very noisy when you walk. Those things could be improved. Besides that everything was nice and we can recommend it for staying on holiday.

Yusuf and Ali abi are amazing hosts. They helped us out with everything, we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and views. Worth the difficult roads!

We much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel! Room was super clean and the service was great. The view is extremely relaxing by the pool. Turkish breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommended if you’re staying in Selimiye

My wife and I stayed here for a night while driving from Izmir to Kas. Mr.Ali and his family made our stay excellent from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed and our room was perfectly designed and equipped with a comfortable bed and an incredible view of the sea.The hotel is perfectly situated close to a small public access beach if you care for a dip and a short walk to the central part of town and nearby restaurants. Perfect silence at night as it's tucked away from the livelier part of the boardwalk. Breakfast was fantastic and a refreshing swim in the Infiniti pool was a great way to start the day. I would definitely come back for the immaculately clean and elegant rooms with stunning views, but most importantly for the warmth and great hosting of the family who operate the hotel. For the rest of our holiday, I kept wishing I could come back to Alice Tatil Evi and Selimiye to relax.

Words cannot begin to describe how much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful place. The view was incredible, the pool was amazing and so clean, the breakfast was to die for. But most importantly Yusuf and Pinar went so far above and beyond to make our stay comfortable that they are the real reason I will be returning. I’ve rarely seen this level of hospitality and kindness in my travels. Truly an unforgettable experience.
