This family hotel was second-to-none. They went out of their way to make sure my group felt at home, and even in the off season, made sure we had a wonderful time - from hosting fires with wine to helping us explore the beautiful local area. They made sure we had every comfort, the rooms were clean, and the food was especially delicious.

We had an incredible experience at our work event with 30+ people. The food was outstanding, the infrastructure was excellent, and the team went above and beyond our expectations. Batu is an exceptional manager, keeping track of multiple details at once. The entire experience was truly special!

The best thing I can mention about this hotel is they have the best hospitality ever. The staffs at the hotel were really helpful and thoughtful. The location is next to a river bank that makes the hotel becomes even more wonderful. Good job for this hotel and hopefully the family keep upgrading the quality and keep providing the wonderful hospitality.

I have had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 1 week, facilitating a staff retreat which included almost 40 people from North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Africa and we had the best time.

Batu and his team are amazing. I have never received such incredible service anywhere in the world. Their attention to detail and flexibility with our evolving and ever changing needs was astounding.
