Beautiful view and great location. Very friendly welcome. We hadn't booked breakfast but wished we had when we saw what everyone was eating!

Nice clean place with a wonderful garden from where you can see the sea. Had a nice clean appartement with a small kitchen. Parking space available across the road. You can walk easily to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Definetly recommended.

Ayvalik Cihan Otel and the annexe Elit Otel just nearby have a fantastic location in the town center and water front. Both are beatifully newly refurbished. We stayed three nights in the Elit annexe, and we were very pleased. Friendly staff and very clean rooms in the charming old part of Ayvalik. Very recommendable.

The hotel is located in a so narrow street that it is almost impossible to go by car. Hotel has no parking area either. Rooms are small but clean and well decorated. Breakfast was perfect and highly recommended

Very nice hospitality from Mr Mustafa, beautifull tiny rooms, delicious breakfast (easily feel full:)), suitable price, very close to museum and center... 5 minutes walk to eating places like bakery, fish restaurants or snack bars... 5 minutes away to the beach by car. 5 minutes away to boat tours (100 tl for one person with eating fish or meatball)... Don't forget to bring your camera to take beautifull...

From the first day we felt warmly welcomed. The management and staff are extremely helpful and try to help with every small or big problem. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms comfortable, showers work perfectly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - delicious!

We stayed 2 nights and we loved our experience. We truly hope to go during summer season too. Rooms are so nice and location is just center of the island. The building is a historical stone one, it was a pleasure to stay. Also stuff is so kind and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast too.

I have stayed in Fragrante hotels for a couple of days and it has been an amazing experience. It is such a lovely place, extremely well decorated and every single detail is taken care of. Mrs Nimet and Melek are amazing hosts, extremely kind and cheerful, they have made the experience amazing. Definitely coming back to Cunda for this place :)

Hotel Review: We’ll be back! We had a great stay! The owner is very friendly and helpful. While there isn't daily housekeeping for a 3-day stay, the owner kindly let us exchange our towels every day. The room is small but very clean, and the Wi-Fi works well. We also loved having a water dispenser and self-service Nescafe Gold available! It can be a little tricky to find the hotel on the first day...

It's in the middle of the city, a 5-minute walk from the market. The only downside is the parking problem. The streets are very narrow. Although, parking is a problem everywhere in Türkiye. But overall, we can say it's good.

The bed is very small, and you don't fit in the shower; you have to lie sideways because it's so cramped.

Very nice place, very centrally located!

The hotel is in the old part of Ayvalik, about 10 minutes from the sea. We couldn't get there with our private bus and Aydın, the manager, contacted our driver and arrange a pick up for us and our luggage. We stayed and enjoied for two nights. Cosy B&B in the yard of a historic church-turned-museum. Zehra Teyze used to be the keeper of this orthodox church before the Istanbul elite discovered Cunda. Great value for money but don't raise your expectations too much.

The Green Mansion is a perfect name for this adorable little hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom appeared recently updated. The garden was perfect for the delicious breakfasts and late night homemade lemonade. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. I would stay here again if in the area.

Apart from the parking problem, the location is very good, although there is a serious parking problem in Ayvalık, the streets are very narrow. The rooms are clean, the owners are friendly, the breakfast is neither too good nor too bad.

Believe Me... This place is perfect!!! Just 5 minutes you can reach to cunda adası (center) by your car/motorcycle , there have small bus as well which is every 10 minutes pass by in front of this hotel... Breakfast is pretty good and the service is perfect, people are kind and humbe also if u love "cat" there have white cat which is belongs to owner i guess, and the cat is really CUTE, we can play...

We wanted to spend New Year's Eve with my wife on Cunda Alibey Island. We chose Cunda Nefes Hotel and we were very pleased. We loved the owner of the hotel, Ms. Kadriye. We felt like at home. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night. We will come again and we plan to stay longer. I recommend it to everyone.
