Location on water, paid extra one night for room overlooking water, magnificent view, can open windows and hear lapping water. However can also sit /relax at table in breakfast dining area which overlooks water. Staff friendly and could not be more helpful and kind.

In downtown Ayvalik. Walking distance to everywhere. Very clean and not noisy neigbourood. You need to share the bathroom. It says parking available but you need to leave at the paid parking. Use Pazaryeri which belong to the municipality and 20% of the private parkings.

A wonderful little retreat Ayfada was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The cafe was not open during our stay. We did have a car and the parking was at a Otopark at the end of the street. It would have been good to understand that prior to arriving. The streets are very narrow.

We simply expected more for that price. The room is okay and clean but should’ve been cheaper comparing to other accommodations we stayed in. The bathroom has a really bad smell. The beach being near is a big advantage.

Breakfast is not included in the price, it is 75₺ per person. There was no water, coffee etc in the rooms. Our room was a glassed-in room by the pool, although we were 2 people, we stayed in a 4-person room. The room was large and beautiful.
