Excellent service, Excellent food, Excellent location, Excellent staff, Excellent entertainment, clean rooms, breakfast included, water is from the house. Lot's or historic locations to visit. Snorkeling, diving and fishing is possible

The place is nice but not worthy for 300 usd per night, WiFi is so bad and only available in public areas I asked the manager and in his words he said it is very normal as we don’t have WiFi in the rooms, secondly the ac in the room is not handy at all, it disconnect by itself

This is a very strange hotel which is far from meeting its real potential. The location is great, sea in Assos is always fantastic, the view from our room (2012) , for which we had to pay a significant premium was top notch… When it comes to the downsides, I can summarize it as follows: - The service at Luna a la carte restaurant is very poor, you can wait up to 90 minutes for a simple pizza. - Food and drink prices are unreal reaching any ultra premium hotel’s average pricing level - Food quality is average at breakfast and also at Luna restaurant. - There is no lifeguard around the swimming pool (where there are probably an average number of 15-20 children on waterslides…) neither at the beach… On June the 20th a lady swimming in the sea had a heart attack and all the first aid activities were executed by hotel guests… Such a fantastic location deserves a much better and a much more professional management and much higher quality/price service at the restaurants.

Booked 2 suites and upfront requested for a room with with a good view and balcony. Instead was given a room which had a balcony the size of a pigeon hole- room 2028 (Avoid). Anyhow, my mother who is above 75 years old had to go to the washroom and alas the flush didn’t work. And then the mini bar also didn’t work also the overhead shower. Requests to change or upgrade the room (upon payment) were also not heard by the reception staff here on 21st June around 2 pm. Avoid the hotel at all costs.

I recently stayed at Assos Dive Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While the employees were very kind and worked hard, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. However, the hotel itself was decent. Firstly, I must commend the employees at Assos Dive Hotel for their exceptional service. They were extremely kind and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their hard work and dedication were evident throughout my visit. However, I cannot overlook the disappointment I felt regarding the food. Sadly, the quality did not meet my expectations. The flavors were lacking, and the overall taste was not enjoyable. It's worth mentioning that personal preferences for food can vary, so others may have a different experience. On the other hand, the hotel itself was okay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While there were no extraordinary amenities, everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. I must also mention the small market within the Assos Dive Hotel premises which was a letdown. The selection of items was quite limited, and the overall quality of goods available was disappointing. The market failed to meet the basic needs and expectations of a guest, which was unfortunate. Some items seemed old and not well-kept, which further detracted from the overall experience. This area of the hotel service definitely needs significant improvement. Additionally, another issue with the small market was that they had inconsistent pricing for the same item. This was quite frustrating as it created confusion among guests. It seemed as though there was no clear pricing policy or consistency in the way they priced their products. This lack of transparency and fairness in pricing further added to the disappointment of the small market experience. It is essential for the management to address this issue and ensure that there is a fair and consistent pricing structure in place to avoid such discrepancies in the future.

17-20 Temmuz 2023 tarihlerinde kardeşim ve oğlumla konakladık. Geçen yıl 2 gün konaklamıştık ve denizi çok sevdiğimiz için düşünmeden tekrar plan yaptık. Odaya girişte oda temizlenmemişti. Telefon çalışmıyordu ve çıkışımıza kadar da tamir edilmedi. Odada internet yoktu. Yemek çeşidi çok azdı ve yemekler lezzetsizdi. Restoran temizliği yetersizdi. Havuzları hiç kullanmadık. Genelde Midilli plajını kullandık. Oradaki duş çok kötü kokuyordu. Akan su yosunluydu. Atlama dubaları hem kadınlar plajında hem Midilli plajında kurulmamıştı. Genel olarak “kapanmasına az kalmış otel” havası vardı. Tuvaletlerdeki muslukların yarısı kırıktı mesela ve tamiri yapılmuyordu. Otelden çıkışta eşyalarımıza yardım edilmedi. Otopark görevlisi agresif ve kabaydı. Sonuç olarak tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz ve tavsiye etmiyoruz. Verdiğiniz paraya değmeyecek bir otel.
