Afytos Oren Beach Prestij in Burhaniye

We had a wonderful holiday, staying with my family in July and August. We were very pleased and will definitely choose to stay again next year. My room had a very spacious balcony with a great view.

Afytos Ören Prestige is, in my opinion, a great value-for-money hotel. Don't pay too much attention to the negative reviews online; it offers excellent service for the price. I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days.

Good:
Room Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, with no issues.
Staff: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Tatilbudur customer service representative was also very helpful.
Pool: The pool is very clean; great for kids.
Parking: There's parking and it's generally adequate (it can get crowded during busy times).
Location: Right on the beach, very close to all beaches — great location.
Drinks: While the alcohol selection is limited, the beer was good.
Activities: Live music in the evenings.

Bathroom: There's a serious drain problem; it definitely needs a renovation. Just fixing the tiles and the water would improve the hotel's rating.
Food: Cleanliness is okay, but the quality is poor and the portions are small — overall, average; it feels like a cheap price. (Suggested solution: Serve one premium meal at every meal.)
Housekeeping: None — No one came to clean the room or change towels for 5 days. Housekeeping should come at least every other day.
Hallway Hygiene: Due to the lack of housekeeping, there's no hallway monitoring; room service trays can linger in the hallway for days.
Activity Types: Some people expect something new every day, like hotels in Antalya or Cyprus. Don't expect that. As I said, if your goal is to have fun at the hotel, you're in the wrong place. Personally, we weren't interested in this hotel because we came for a beach holiday.

It could be much better with small investments and management adjustments.
