In the morning, the lobby staff member was literally sleeping — we had to wake him up ourselves just to check out. There was no professionalism at all. Even the room service was not reliable, and some of our belongings were taken while the room was being cleaned.
The hotel did nothing to solve the issue, and we were told to just “be careful with our things,” which is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this place at all. Be very careful with your belongings if you choose to stay here.
