Some of the reception staff spoke in an unfriendly or slightly rude way, which was uncomfortable. Also, during breakfast, there was confusion and unnecessary checking. At first, no one checked anything, then later we were told we couldn’t eat without payment, which was not clearly explained before.
Since I have been a customer for a long time, I expected a better level of service. Unfortunately, it felt like the service quality has dropped.
This inconsistency and lack of clear communication made the experience stressful and disappointing. I hope the management improves staff communication and overall service quality.
Staffs were good though
TUTKU was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring I didn’t miss out on anything. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my experience memorable.
