Great butique hotel: very clean, friendly professional staff, outstanding restaurant with international cousine. If we ever back in Istanbul - we already have a hotel to stay

Hotel is in the prime tourist location. Literally 300-400m away from the Blue Mosque.
The staff were professional and helpful and the upstairs restaurant/terrace was great with a good selection of food.

I booked a last-minute room in this hotel for 4 nights last week, and I would recommend the place for anyone who is visiting Istanbul for the first time and looking for a cozy, clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff welcomed my friend and I instantly, and helped us organize our stay, with recommendations for bars, activities and restaurants.
The hotel is located in a very central spot, making Eminönü and the sultanahmet areas reachable within 5-10 minutes walk. There are also many restaurants and bars around the hotel, though I would adventure myself a little further to avoid crowds.
The breakfast offers many options, even if I didn’t find it the best quality food. But again, the staff working in the restaurant was very welcoming, and helped us feel welcome.
+ : the hammam for which you get a 20% discount as a guest was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone looking to feel clean and relaxed.
-: the window to our room exposed us to the inside court with all the AC extractor fans which were occasionally very loud and can wake you up. Another thing to watch out for is the cost of a room per night. We thought we had had a good deal by paying 75€ a night to the receptionist (cheaper than through booking websites online where it was 90€/night) but only realised after a couple days that the prices clearly state 70€ a night behind the receptionist. We made no fuss because it’s a slight difference but watch out for the prices clearly written on the wall before making a deal :)

We went in november last year. This hotel is literally 2 min walk down hagia sophia and everything is very close by. The staff were amazing and service is fantastic. The manager was very friendly and lovely guy and will go out of his way to help you with anything. We once missed our breakfast as son was really unwell. When he found out he sent a tray of free breakfast to our room as well as a big bowl of fruit free of charge. On the morning of our flight back he let us in the restaurant for breakfast half an hour earlier than the the restaurant opening time. Cleanliness and everything else was also spot on.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to plenty of cafés and amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. If you’re not a fan of Turkish coffee, there are many other coffee spots nearby. A small downside – the bedsheets were torn, which left a slightly negative impression. Overall, an okay stay.

A fantastic hotel with amazing staff! The perfect location. Very close to the mosques and with the kindest staff who could not do enough to help - especially when my husband left his shirt behind at the hotel and only realised when we arrived back!!! They were honestly so amazing and I’d give 10/10 just for staff service.

We just stopped there for lunch. The food was good but they said the service was not included so we left tips on the table and we went to the desk to pay by card. When we pay, they added 10% on card. That is lying to the turists. I don't recommend that place.

This hotel is perfectly located in the old town. Walking distance to all of the must see sites. A short walk to the tram that takes you to Karakoy and Taksim Square. Not especially quiet, but rooms are spacious enough. Additional key selling point is the breakfast on the roof, with views of H Sofia

I didn't like the hotel very much - not a very friendly reception at the reception, they initially settled me in a very dark room without a window on the first floor, however, after asking to move, they gave me a better room. I stayed for one night between long flights, the location is inconvenient for a taxi - Sultanahmet has narrow streets, it takes a long time to get there through traffic jams. Breakfast is normal for Istanbul - you won't go hungry. I won't book it again.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.
