Everything about this hotel is great but the stand out feature is the staff, we were made to feel like we were at home from the minute we walked through the door and the reception team became our 2 year olds best friends as he got to know them each day. The location is perfect and we could not have asked for better. Big shout out to Okay from our son !

This was a perfect stay for us . Travelling with an adult son and toddler over Christmas, I was aprehensive. Sirkeci Mansion immediately put those fears to rest. The hotel has a reputation for being family friendly and like a home away from home . It did not disappoint . The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town and a short stroll from nearly everywhere you could wish to go. The facilities were spotless, staff very family friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us . The breakfast was excellent. Special shout out to the reception team and Okay who was rapidly my toddlers favourite and would take time out from his busy day to play Buzz lightyear with him in the lobby. My adult son had a great time and my toddler could not wait to go on his ‘adventures’ from the front door and was upset when we left Turkiye as he couldn’t go back to the hotel! We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and if we go back , we will be sure to stay again.

The stay at sirkeci mansion hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Istanbul. The tram station shows up pretty much right next to the hotel, and you are one stop away from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topikapi Palace. We also went on the bosphorus cruise which was only two stops away. For the price, you absolutely cannot beat the value that staying at this hotel gives. The tram is very cheap, and being so close probably saved us hundreds in cabs which tend to be quite expensive in this area.
The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and we were provided incredible service. There are so many options and they always provide great service!
The hotel managers were also incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions, they would always guide us in the right direction for how to get to places, where to go to get the best out of our experience, and restaurant recommendations. They even go above and beyond to provide a pamphlet with all the tourist sites info you could ever want, and even make your reservations for you!
Last but not least, we were very grateful for the hotel providing a wheelchair for my mother. They did not ask us for any money for this, and we were incredibly grateful to have received this as it made the trip much easier for my mother who is unable to walk far distances.
Thank you and if we ever stop by Istanbul again, this is definitely the place we will stay at!

It was the perfect hotel for our 6 day break in Istanbul, it was spotless, great value for money, and the staff were wonderful, they went over and above to help with everything and anything. The location is perfect, on a busy street (but not noisy) and overlooking the gardens of Topkapi palace and within walking distance to the blue mosque and hagia sophia although we caught the tram to these (with 81 yo Mother) but tram system is fantastic, the tram stop is a 2 minute walk from hotel and trams every couple of minutes, it's a great way to travel around, it was all fantastic and we loved Istanbul (the free afternoon tea in the hotel was a lovely bonus). I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

What a gem of a hotel in the heart of old town Istanbul. Reasonably priced, very quiet, walking distance to all the main sights in Sultanahmet district, 30 second walk to the T1 tram, absolutely amazing breakfast buffet, and super friendly service. And we didn’t even use the pool, spa or roof terrace - maybe next time. Highly recommended!

This is a central location in the “Old Town”– close to all the must-see sights in the Sultanahmet. We booked a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulhane Park. Upstairs rooftop Terrace accessible – Great views and quiet at night. The Sirkeci is a welcoming, elegant, comfortable and well-maintained (if not updated) hotel. Expect calls to prayer from the Mosques starting early (around 7am when we were there). The stay included great and copious breakfasts which were appealing to westerners with some Turkish dishes. The food selection changed daily. The coffee is ok but not strong and espressos/cappuccinos are not offered. The hotel concierge and staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful.

pretzel” bakery and ice cream shop) a spice market, an important mosque and took us through different neighborhoods to get a feel for authentic local life. It was a unique, personalized experience that was quite memorable.

Terrific smaller hotel in a perfect location with views of the palace gardens. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. The hotel itself was very comfortable and beautifully finished right down to the coffered ceilings. They provided unlimited, free, and very cold bottled water! Okay Alkan, the hotel manger, made our stay incredibly welcoming and was very informative about a city that he clearly loves. He even went to the pharmacy for us when we needed something. Breakfasts were very good with plenty of variety and a little different every day. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony. It’s just the right size for two people and we started and finished every day there overlooking the palace gardens and the ever changing activity on the street below. Also, I highly recommend doing the food tour and the cultural tour with Okay. He will show you how to differentiate between the real restaurants and the tourist restaurants. When we were departing, the entire staff came out on the porch to see us off!

We stayed in a standard room which had a room safe, tea/coffee making equipment, excellent air conditioning and a small fridge. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. There were also complimentary bottles of water for each day.
The shower had good temperature, storage and power points were limited but we use packing capsules and carry multi point charges so we managed.
Our package included breakfast which was a mix of cold and hot dishes (sweet and savoury) fresh juice and tea/coffee.
There is a comfortable lounge, sauna, pool and gym and in house massage can be booked at reception.
All staff are welcoming and very friendly. We arranged a laundry service in house (charged by the kilo) and a staff member went to collect it when it was not returned at the allotted time.
There is a complimentary afternoon tea and reception will send postcards for only the cost of postage.
