Absolutely amazing hotel!
Everything, from the spotless rooms to the incredibly attentive staff, was just perfect. Room service was outstanding. We had some specific dietary needs during this stay, and the chefs always listened carefully and made everything exactly the way we liked it.
The hotel truly has everything you could wish for: a hair salon, a huge, beautifully equipped gym, and a rooftop restaurant where the staff responded instantly to every request.
And the location? Simply unbeatable.
A truly wonderful hotel! We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was good, neighborhood was nice, the room was good-sized.
However, they asked me to pay 5% service charge and saying as it is a compulsory!! Not a single room service or anything extra I was given but kind of finding a way to get more money from customers.

I have chosen this hotel for several years now because of its proximity to Caddebostan and Kadıköy, where I spend most of my time. The price–performance ratio is excellent. The rooms are clean; while the style may not be to everyone’s taste, they are absolutely like new and impeccably maintained. The breakfast is mainly focused on Turkish cuisine, which I believe is absolutely appropriate. The highlight, in my opinion, is the rooftop bar with a good selection of sushi.

This stay was a shocking experience and has nothing to do with a 5-star standard. The room was affected by bed bugs, which caused multiple bites, severe discomfort, and real health issues.
The situation became so serious that a doctor’s visit was necessary, and after that we were unable to continue staying at the hotel. We left immediately, as remaining there was physically and mentally unbearable.
The problem was reported to the hotel, however the response was completely inadequate. To this day, we have received no reply, no explanation, and no follow-up from the hotel at all, which is unacceptable in the case of such a serious sanitary issue.
The combination of bed bugs, a doctor’s visit, immediate departure, and the hotel’s complete lack of response fully disqualifies this property. Considering the price and the advertised 5-star status, this situation is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Great hotel liked everything. Fast room service, loads of choice for dining. Special Mention to Mr Yigit from concierge. He helped me with reservations and many other little things on my previous stay and this time round he helped me to arrange and have a gift delivered, he did everything from ordering to making sure gift was in right place on time. He was very helpful amd profssional, he made my experience even better. Will definately come back to this hotel.

Although I have paid for the room while booking as taxes and fees included , they got my credit card details during check-in if I would use minibar or order meals etc. After check-out I reached them by phone they said they charged “5% service charge” to my credit card !!!! I objected it since I have paid including everything and I was not informed even during check-in time that they would charge it. Then they accepted to return that service charge amount to my credit card . I hope they would do it.

We stayed at this hotel because they had a swimming pool. Obviously, when I filled out the form, they knew the children’s ages. They didn’t let us enter the pool because my youngest daughter is 11 years old, and access is only allowed for those over 12. For just a one-year difference, they refused to make an exception.
The hotel bar, reception, and terrace are full of cats, which I actually love, but unfortunately they triggered an unpleasant allergy. Breakfast was disappointing, so I do not recommend it. It’s better to book without it. The coffee is of very poor quality. We will definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.
