The hotel bar, reception, and terrace are full of cats, which I actually love, but unfortunately they triggered an unpleasant allergy. Breakfast was disappointing, so I do not recommend it. It’s better to book without it. The coffee is of very poor quality. We will definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.
On top of that, the room 441 constantly smelled of food, which made the stay far from the luxury experience one would expect.
⚠️ Future guests, beware: the hotel takes your card imprint at check-in and adds charges after you leave, leaving you powerless to contest them. This practice is dishonest and completely unacceptable for a luxury property.
Bottom line: check your bill thoroughly before checkout and request a detailed minibar report. What happened to me could easily happen to you.
Some positive things:
The fitness was nice! The pools were okay, little bit overcrowded. Location is nice and safe.
The minibar products in the room were placed confusingly, making it unclear whether they were complimentary or chargeable. Prices were very high—for example, a 50g snack cost €20, which seems excessive compared to similar luxury hotels.
The room also had maintenance issues: the shower fixtures were outdated, and the toilet seat didn’t close properly, causing continuous water leakage.
One major point is the rooftop pool. Most of pool users were not hotel guests but external visitors, likely through a membership program. This made it difficult for actual guests to enjoy the pool. The pool is essentially shared-use, not exclusive to guests, so please keep this in mind when booking.
