Everything, from the spotless rooms to the incredibly attentive staff, was just perfect. Room service was outstanding. We had some specific dietary needs during this stay, and the chefs always listened carefully and made everything exactly the way we liked it.
The hotel truly has everything you could wish for: a hair salon, a huge, beautifully equipped gym, and a rooftop restaurant where the staff responded instantly to every request.
And the location? Simply unbeatable.
A truly wonderful hotel! We can’t wait to come back!
However, they asked me to pay 5% service charge and saying as it is a compulsory!! Not a single room service or anything extra I was given but kind of finding a way to get more money from customers.

The situation became so serious that a doctor’s visit was necessary, and after that we were unable to continue staying at the hotel. We left immediately, as remaining there was physically and mentally unbearable.
The problem was reported to the hotel, however the response was completely inadequate. To this day, we have received no reply, no explanation, and no follow-up from the hotel at all, which is unacceptable in the case of such a serious sanitary issue.
The combination of bed bugs, a doctor’s visit, immediate departure, and the hotel’s complete lack of response fully disqualifies this property. Considering the price and the advertised 5-star status, this situation is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
The hotel bar, reception, and terrace are full of cats, which I actually love, but unfortunately they triggered an unpleasant allergy. Breakfast was disappointing, so I do not recommend it. It’s better to book without it. The coffee is of very poor quality. We will definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.
On top of that, the room 441 constantly smelled of food, which made the stay far from the luxury experience one would expect.
⚠️ Future guests, beware: the hotel takes your card imprint at check-in and adds charges after you leave, leaving you powerless to contest them. This practice is dishonest and completely unacceptable for a luxury property.
Bottom line: check your bill thoroughly before checkout and request a detailed minibar report. What happened to me could easily happen to you.
