Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was both refined and relaxing. The spa and fitness facilities added to the overall experience and offered a great way to unwind between events.
Overall, my stay at the Four Seasons exceeded expectations in every way. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a meaningful occasion, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another special event—or simply for a luxurious getaway.
- service was below 0, even on the reception when the staff did mistakes the staff did apologize but went irritated. in general the service all over the hotel was very unprofessional: next to the pool (we had to call for menu for 5-6 times), on the breakfast area (the waters were not able to bring to the table what was ordered, number of mistakes, bad English, irritated faces), on the reception (mistakes in bills). the name of this hotel could be: disappointment 😞
Overall, the dishes that were good, combined with the stunning view of coastal Istanbul, made it a pleasant experience.
I would recommend coming here for special days.
Every member of the staff was genuinely helpful, warm, and welcoming, always smiling and ensuring we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. A truly memorable visit — I can’t recommend it enough.
Honestly the vibe is just different the energy of the place just makes you feel so good. I hope you spoil yourself and come.
