Situated in a three-storey, neo-classic prison building with a landscaped courtyard, Four Seasons Sultanahmet is in the centre of Istanbul’s Old Town. The room service and hygiene are really poor, and the standards are inconsistent. Judging by the room rates across all four seasons, it's really not worth it.

The only advantage is the location!

Aside from the price, there are no other drawbacks. Located right next to the Blue Mosque, you can hear the call to prayer every day, which creates a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast price is acceptable, but ordering is a bit of a struggle, especially for Chinese stomachs. We recommend adding a Chinese menu. The hotel's shampoo and conditioner are excellent.

I was originally staying for five consecutive nights. Upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with my room and contacted the front desk to resolve the issue. The staff member I was dealing with kept changing their explanations, eventually flatly saying, "I've tried my best to resolve the issue, but you don't seem satisfied. Remember, I'm trying to help you." After receiving this response, I decided to change hotels. I'm grateful to Ctrip customer service for their assistance in resolving the issue. We both shared the same feeling: the staff member's English was incredibly fast and unstandard. Upon checking out, another staff member offered a free upgrade to an executive suite, but I declined, reflecting my current state of mind. The two stars for service go to the other staff members; the night shift staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pleasant, and the rooms are immaculately clean. On a separate note, there's some renovation work happening across the street from the hotel entrance, which slightly detracts from the overall appearance.

Well, that is the definition of class. A tip for any other hotel - want to make guest leave money in the hotel and stay inside as long as possible without leaving? Then do your thing good.

Amazing stuff, amazing garden, amazing food and drinks, fantastic bed and service implacable yet invisible.

Out in the evening for quick nearby shopping?

You can just be inside for 1-2 days, look at Anya-Sophia on the sunset and have your drinks at the rooftop bar.

That was the best lamb kebab we had in Istanbul in 5-6 visits. Room is fantastic. Garden is amazing and encourages to be nearby doing whatever. Stuff is trained at its best.

The rooms are small, the public areas are also small. It is not a new hotel, but it is well maintained. The facilities are completely incomparable to those of the Peninsula. However, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. In particular, there are yachts that can go to another peninsula by the sea. The yachts are great. I suggest that you can stay in the peninsula by the sea, then take a yacht to play in the morning, and take a yacht back in the afternoon. The cost-effectiveness and experience are the best.

In addition, the breakfast is OK, the price is not high, and the cost-effectiveness is OK.

What do I think about this hotel? In the old city, it is very convenient to go to the Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia. However, since the hotel is converted from an old building, the room is not very big. However, since it has been renovated, the whole room is very modern. I especially like its service staff because they are quite considerate and the overall feeling is very good. However, if you want to enjoy SPA or sauna, you may have to go to the driver in Bruce Strait to use it. However, there are shuttle buses between hotels.

The hotel is in a very good location, and it takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the main attractions in the old city, such as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, etc. The hotel facilities are very exquisite and the service is also very good, but the room is not big and the view outside the window is average.

The location is excellent, less than ten minutes' walk to the two major mosques and one minute away from the popular terrace at Seven Hills. The hotel is the best choice in the old town. The service is a little lacking. There were not many guests for dinner and the food was served very slowly. We promised to make an appointment for the Turkish bath, but we were stood up. However, the breakfast was delicious and the concierge service was very good.

For those who prefer a discreet and high service hotel experience, this is the best hotel from which to see the sites in Istanbul. It is a boutique hotel--only 65 rooms. The location, decor, service, room quality, and location are exceptional. There is a free shuttle (land or boat) between the FS properties.

Amazing location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to take your own towels though. The terrace view is breathtaking. The breakfast is very nice.

The service offered by this youth hotel for the price is very satisfying. Perfect location. You can go in and out at whatever hour you want. Just think of bringing your own towel.

Very close to all the attractions. The view from the terrace is descent. They have a 24h open reception and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap accomodation and not so bad breakfast.

I would recommend it for value for money.

Very cool and Friendly Staff + the cheapest hostel that you can find in historical peninsula of Istanbul. It has free breakfast and a roof top bar with a beautiful view of bosphorous on the east side and view of Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet mosque when you look to the west.

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10.
