I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM expecting a smooth check-in, especially since the front desk is clearly advertised as 24/7. To my shock, I was outright refused check-in. When I reached out to the staff, their attitude was not only dismissive but also rude and completely unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable and caused me significant inconvenience and stress after a long trip. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and I do not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to risk being treated disrespectfully and left stranded in the middle of the night.

Booked a room for me and my cousin, and another for our mothers. The mothers found a bug on their bed which is really disappointing. Other than that, the rooms were really nice and spacious and the hotel does look lovely.

Worst hotel i have stayed in all my trips.
No one clean the rooms rude people and hard to communicate take my words and run away from here.

IT is very bad .. air condition is broke .. i called them to fix .. but did not fix ..

- Although there is an air conditioner in the description of the room, in reality there isn't, the room was stuffy.
- There were absolutely no kitchen utensils in the kitchen. However, when I asked for some at reception, they brought it to my room.
- There was no duvet cover. Not even an additional sheet to put between yourself and a duvet.

Close to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport.Ideal if you have a transit flight.They give free Airport transportation.

The hotel furniture is old and clean, and the main problem is that the air conditioner does not work, and the room was like an oven and the staff are not good at dealing with any language other than Turkish

Worst experience in my life. Horrible reception, terrible lying employees. They did not comply to any needs to clean the room. Dirtiest rooms they have sticky grounds and clearly wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest. The AC wasn’t working they kept lying abt saying they will turn it on. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. If I could I would give negative stars but I need to put 1 star for me to post.
