I stayed 7 days in this hotel it was clean and comfortable with good services it's nearby many restorants and different shops also metro is very near the hotel. There is no garden in the hotel.

The Location is good.. The rooms on the second floor was better than the first floor. I had noisy neighbours and asked to be moved and eventually landed in a really nice room.. I was there for medical stay. It was sufficient and everyone was very helpful. Euwan was really nice and friendly and good at his job. While the rooms themselves aren’t really that luxurious or big, it has all your basic needs and some other extra features that make it a great place. Me personally, my room was clean and service was frequent and staff were good. The location is in a bad place if you hate walking, amazing if you like walking.

I've just got back after a 7 day stay. I have no complaints, the room we had was a decent size, the hotel and rooms are dated, but as a location to get around Its ideal. Great location. That place must have been amazing when it first opened. The rooms are dated and there isn't much maintenance. You see the difference when you see the lobby bathrooms. Huge improvement there. The staff tries had to help. The breakfast buffet was not worth it at all. I would do better outside. Probably go there again for the location.

Rooms are very small, dirty, very old, I found mold at some corners, small black worms at the shower, bug on the bed, stain on towels and sheets, when I told the housekeeper she replied rudely that it is not their problem! I hope they fix their issues so as to avoid disappointing other tourists. Staff never have any courtesy towards tourists.

We stayed at this hotel as it was part of a surgery package my wife had booked. Designed to cater particularly to surgical visitors with a 24/7 infirmary. Suites are excellent with full kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower and bedroom with king size bed. It makes for a comfortable stay whilst recovering from surgery. Great location for the tourist attractions. there is a bus stop, tram stop, metro and the famous line Marmaray near the hotel so you can make easier your way to the tour stops. I arrived for a New Year's Eve trip. I booked a single room which was clean, comfortable and simple according to 3 stars. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean and my room cleaned every day. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a big closed which was useful to store out coats. The bathroom however was extremely small, we couldn’t open the door to get out without getting in the shower. They did a very wonderful job, the ladies who did my message and the a bath were very thorough with the experiences. Only paid for a 75min but stayed nearly 2 hours. And provided tea after, very wonderful experience.

I was here a long while ago, starting from the reception, there was a really nice, helpful man named Mehmet. He helped us while checking in and out. The lady was making tea, which was very sweet. The breakfast is somewhat okay. The room was a nightmare, no window! Very dark, there are barely lights. Feels like a basement room. The hotel is located in Beyazit,lively street of course, very crowded.

Good room given by cahit the reception person well mannered and showing great customer service to the hotel. Also hands down to the cleaner at the hotel called maya who made our room spotless and cleaned up very well in room 407. Overall excellent hotel
