One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in is this one. It is not luxurious, but it is practically comfortable. The breakfast is good, the rooms are unusually big for the most of Istanbul's standards. The location is great! Just in the front of the hotel are located 15 bus lines, metro and tram stop. Great staff. Very helpful and the amenities are very high quality. Would recommend 10/10 times. Fatima and her team were very friendly and helpful. Despite the occasional language barriers. Alibeyköy metro station is right across the street, providing easy access to the Tram, Metro Train and Busses.

The hotel is clean and nice, walk distance from the airport that is perfect for early flights or transit flights. A bit expensive compared to other alternatives around but for others you need a taxi. I Recommend to book in advance to have more chance for better price.

Location: a bit far from the centre. You need to take taxi to go to the hotel, and also to go out from the hotel. Service: the food from the room service is very delicious and also affordable than most of the restaurants. You need to try it! It also has an indoor pool which is nice. The food for breakfast was decent like all other turkish hotels.

Overall, it was an average hotel. However, the location is not that accessible.

The hotel was so beautiful and luxurious. All the staff were kind and helpful. If I had to say, it was a little far from famous sightseeing spots and the room sometimes smells of sewage. The first room we were given had hair in the shower with questionable dirt spots so I requested a change. The second room was thankfully cleaner and they kindly gave us a room in the upper floor. The staff were very helpful. It has a great location, though so definitely worth a stay.

I've visited that hotel, but haven't actually stayed there. I had a booking with them, which was wrongly booked, but they're terrible enough that didn't process my request for refund, neither catered my request for change of dates. Place is OK with convenient access to highway. Free parking is good. Spa is not recommended as pool is very cold and sauna is not working. Rooms are large but windows can't be opened so there is a lack of fresh air. Rooms looking to the road are a bit noisy even during the night but view to airport is interesting.

Not bad, but no breakfast provided

Good service. Big room. The service is really great and very comfortable. Someone will pour you tea for breakfast. The service staff will come upstairs to connect you to WIFI and help you get your things. They also use translation software to chat with you. It’s really good.

Nothing is good except the service attitude of the staff

As for a trio, the hotel is good enough. Of course, the remont is no longer fresh, but in general it is not bad enough. Breakfast is not even bad. Omelet, fruit! Modest, but you can eat.
