Hotels with beach in Istanbul

I had marvellous experience staying at this hotel. Service level in every area has exceeded my expectations. From Bell Boy , front desk to restaurant, I was well greeted by friendly staff. Nice room , great hospitality

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious and serve very good kebab. However the breakfeast 8s quite simple and need to improve. Highlight recimnend snd will stay again

It was great to rest in the hotel during my vacation, especially spa was fantastic

very good price for very good quality. Nice very nove staff! I will come back! staff very kid. Before departure we were waiting taxy and they offered us coffee and fruit! Very hospitable people very nice hote

The room was bright and clean, with a sea view from the window. The hotel is just across the street from the sea, but the surrounding area isn't very lively.

The hotel is great 😃 the stuff very cooperative and nice ,I would come again the price very good I do recommend thanx for every one

The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom

The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc

Very nice place , clean and nice rooms . Make sure you book your room from floor 14 and up . It has magical views. Only like 20 min from Taksim . The staff are very polite and professional.

You can take the M11 Metro directly from the airport to the hotel.

The ladies were patient and clean and caring. I had to ask them to change my bloody bedsheets after each visit from my nurses one more time each day and they were friendly enough even at those times

It was a great stay and a great hotel

Wonderful hotel! I truly recommend. The rooms are huge, the breakfast has many options, the location is just great, but the most impressive thing is the bathroom! What a great shower is that!

The hotel is beautiful and upscale it looks like it's shut its doors recently Maybe for the amendments because he is a very successful and special, but it is cool

Rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect, putting you within walking distance of Taksim Square, İstiklal Caddesi, Gezi Parkı, and the Taksim Metro and Funicular station

Modern hotel, great breakfast buffet, great service. Some of the bathroom fittings were not in place, heating in room not working.

I always enjoyed my stays here

👎🏻 didn't enjoy anything about this place !

It is not my first time in this amazing Hotel The best Hotel service and staff ever and best location too 😍 You can also have dinner and drink shisha with the most beautiful night atmosphere I will always be in this hotel every time I visit Istanbul I want to thank all the staff, without exception, especially Ahmed and Mustafa and AbdulAziz 😍 I highly recommend it

Best of all is that this hotel is situated in the best part of İstanbul, Süleyman Mosque is very close and this quater of Sirkeci is nice to sit outside, have nice food and a tea and to look at all the people who come form all over the world

We spent five nights in this beautiful hotel. It was, great, clean, and have lots of good service. We appreciate Mr.Abdalsalam and his group for their good hospitality and kindness we got from them.

They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. A special thanks to Mohamed, who was exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed

The hotel has an excellent location — very convenient and close to everything. The staff and management were incredibly supportive and kind throughout our stay

I recommande this hotel and I am sure that I will stay again in this hotel

Definitely one of the nicest places to stay in Şile and the beach was the quietest section with beautiful clean sand and sea

I went to this beach on weekdays. It's not crowded and I liked that. This black sea is always wavy. It was windy and a bit cloudy when I went. The bar staff was friendly and did their job without any problems

Beautiful place, location was nice and you can enjoy the view. Rooms are clean cozy, and big, everything you need, hotel style, yet feels like family home. Clean beach & nice friendly staff and respectful

This place deserves 10 stars!!! It's sooooooo beautiful! I am sitting here enjoying the delicious breakfast infront of Black Sea right now, it's amazing! I don't even know how to describe it anymore

The private beach is super nice. The room is big and clean and comfortable

Especially Kutluhan and Muhammet, thank you both so much!!🌹🌹 I would two hundred percent recommend this beautiful paradise to anyone who wants to enjoy Black Sea!

Seymus at the reception and the young man handling the luggage were truly wonderful! These guys make you want to learn Turkish with their incredibly warm welcome! We’ll see you again soon, my friends! And as I promised Seymus, our next conversation will be in Turkish

The hotel’s location is great from a touristic perspective. Although the rooms are a bit lacking in terms of view, they meet the standard — clean and comfortable. The terrace view is excellent

All the staff are very polite and friendly. Şahin, the guest relations manager, is very professional in his work with the information he provides and is always there to assist you

The breakfast is rich, delicious, and very nice. The fact that the hammam and sauna are free of charge is a great service. I’m considering staying again

Natalia and Babis (Room 415)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was great. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of items, though it was a bit crowded during breakfast hours

Management and staff are very responsible and helpful. Good communication from both owner and staff. Breakfast was very good and staff will accommodate milk for baby

This hotel is definitely a pro/con hotel. If you accept some minor downsides, the upsides are well worth it - but you need to know the downsides before booking. Great fresh breakfast included with the price of the room 2

Nice and cozy place, and like 2 mins walk to Blue Mosque and Hafiz Mustafa

Shower backed up, and we had to run the water for a while before we had warm water 2. The t6 train passed by every 15-25 minutes, quite loudly and the mosque does call to prayer 5 times a day

I’d recommend taking the m11 to the m2, then either to the t1 at the university, or t6 at the end of the line (yenikapı) — t1 requires a bit of a walk and the train is crowded but the train comes every few minutes

None of this would keep me from booking again but I know some might want this information before booking. The directions from the airport that Google gives you kinda suck if you’ve never been to Turkey before

Looking for a hotel in Fatih for under €30 a night? This is a good, clean hotel with an elevator. The staff are great and speak Arabic

They provide eith everything you need and they have amazing suggestions and they can sort you out quickly whenever needed

The location is close to everything, you can go for some walks to explore Istanbul (recommended at night)

Regarding the negative reviews, it's a €30 or less hotel; you can't compare it to a €300 a night hotel

The hotel's restaurant, while not outstanding, served only breakfast. However, the overall hygiene standards were regrettably subpar. I want to express my gratitude for the assistance from the reception staff

He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with everything, and he significantly improved our overall impression of this hotel

) and to all points of interest, as well as connections with other lines. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast (since the pandemic), there are different alternatives for breakfast in the surrounding area

The best option if you want to stay in this side of İstanbul. The renewed Galata Port area at few steps. Galata tower a nice and short walking, Excelent ubication. Clean ando confortable rooms. The best for the price

We have to thank them for everything they did, since we do not speak English, but they took care to find someone to interpret for us. Morad and Ibrahim thank you very much for your kindness

We had a problem due to the theft of the passport of one of the members of the group and the two workers who were there at the time, Ibrahim and Morad, gave us all the help we needed

You can hear everything from the neighbors: their chatter, the toilet flushing, voices from the courtyard, and even the elevator. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. The best thing about the hotel is its location

The hotel is in a very quiet area, and very well connected since 200 meters away we have a tram that takes you directly to Sultanameth (Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Hagia Sophia

Stayed 4 nights in a 5 person room with my friends and the room was good and clean. Breakfast variety was nice and staff were helpful when we needed to book an airport shuttle. For the price, no complaints!

Excellent hotel for the price. All the staff are amazing and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to save some money.

The rooms are little small, but cosy. The staff was nice and polite. I liked it!

This place good but not the best it's good for one or two nights but if you look at something to enjoy this place will not be good for you ....

good budget hotel, good Breakfast buffet front Desk language: English ,Russian, room double per night $ 50 for all

We were staying just over the weekend, so we did not eat in the hotel but rather outside to not lose time on it and explore this part. Everything was perfect and there were nice places in walking distance

This is a lovely place to stay, very kind and considerate staff, clean and well kept, it is also quiet and relaxing. The facilities are great as is WiFi. 10 out of 10 all round.

We stayed 2 nights due to a business trip with my wife. The rooms are very clean, peaceful garden it was vacation for me:)

Quite clean, nice staff, rooms are comfy. Garden is beautiful. I have no complaints.

Clean but a little bit small room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Very luxurious hotel on sea side and closed shopping market.

Excellent beds, very comfortable rooms, clean staff, very concerned, in short, a nice place to listen to your head. Beachfront beach. People who don't like the sea can also enter various pools.

As an American Tourist I stayed here long times ago. The new Historic Kumbaba Hotel was remodeled with beautifully organized new grass, flower beds, and trees. You don’t have to carry sand to room anymore

Fabulous staff, excellent food, superb rooms with architectural concept. There is a beautiful beach, suitable for children, number 10. We will definitely come again every time we come to Istanbul 😊👍🏼

Except for breakfast, everything is extra, as soon as you get paid, it's like they're constantly chasing money. If you're so expensive, you're going to get dirty anyway because of the sand from the sea, wipe it every day

It is a nice place to relax, close to Istanbul. You can come for breakfast, you can use the pool and beach for the day. If you wish, the rooms are ideal for accommodation. I think you can come as a family and relax

There are 2 swimming pools, one in circular shape, surrounded with a green ivy-covered fence to stop wind from sea during windy days. The other is rectangular in front of the hotel between beach

Good hotel for good price. Super location in the center of Istanbul. Of course no luxury) But) very friendly stuff. Owner always in here. Sea view ❤️ Recommend!

The staff are very nice, very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the plaza Sultanahmet.

Breakfast no buffet only one plate each person

Excellent location very good service

Hello! First of all I want to mention a convenient location both for tourists and for Shubnikov almost everything can be explored on foot: the Grand Bazaar 10 min, blue mosque, Ahmet, too, to metro lines, to fish restaurants, to the underground cistern of the Byzantine period

We were only there for 5 days and went everywhere, where he planned: at sea to the island where you get on the barge - is also public transport, Topkapi Palace - the residence of the rulers of the Ottoman Empire, in a panoramic Museum

By walkkng 5 minutes you can reach Eminönü and eat some delicious fish. You can take the ship to Uskudar. There's a lot of small bazar nearby and by walking for 10-15 minutes you should be able to reach Grand Bazar

The staff was very nice and helped with luggage and finding direction. The hotel has a very good location. The bus station is just at the other side of the road

Very good hotel with a nice staff. We stayed there for 5 days and didn't have any complains. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. There was breakfeast every morning

There's a lot of restaurants so you shouldn't be worrying about the food. Salam to the nice Mohammad from the bosnians

Good location, small and nice hotel. However, standard room is extremely small, not enough place to keep your luggage. Shower is not separated in the bathroom. There is the mosque just in front of the door.

Comfortable hotel, good location, very good personal )

The weekly cleaning is very regular 🙂. The price is quite reasonable ☀️. My room overlooks three streets and the main street 🌈. They have an agreement with a laundry company; they come and pick up and drop off 😉

First of all, it has a very central location. You're just two steps away from Beşiktaş Bazaar 👍. The bus stop and boat/ferry pier are very close, and there are plenty of taxis on the street 🙂

I work as a manager at a hotel. I've been here for about two years. I'm very pleased with the services of the academy hostel and Ercan's warm approach. The location is close to everything

It's a very clean and nice place in a central location

The staff is very attentive 🤓

The reservation was made by booking and there we wrote our opinions for and against! today we received photos with all the corrections made by them! They took immediate measures, congratulations! The property is 15-20 minutes from the center located in an area with a very clean architecture of buildings, a terrace where you can have breakfast with view towards Bosphorus, the owners and the employees...

Excellent stay at Nar Hotel! Saqib was an absolute gentleman — very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained

Clean and bright room, stable and high-speed Internet. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. On the roof - beautiful views of the sea and the city

Everything about that place is awesome, but the greatest thing about that is people and stuff that is gonna make you feel like home, thank you for everything❤️❤️ For the next trip I'm definitely gonna come here again, thanks to Seyid personally he is a great guy)

All major attractions were just a short walk away, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was a bit small, but that didn’t matter much as everything else met (and even exceeded) our expectations

There are also many restaurant and shops nearby, some of them even open till mid-night! Just that the hotel is located in the lower part of the City, recommend to call taxi when checkingin with luggage,

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment for 18 days, it was spacious, clean , with a well equipped kitchen, it had everything we might need, ac in every room, very good wifi, and the staff was polite and very helpful

Very Roomy actual suite (which is rare). If you are able to take a taxi everywhere or not afraid of waking on hills and riding the bus it is great. You could put a family of 4-5 here and taxi

Amazing place the people are really nice and they make you feel like its your home. The place is really clean. The kitchen is ready for you to use and it has all the utensils.

Clean very nice place close to everything you need , it has a nice view 5 minutes away from the sea 🌊 very nice neighborhood people here are very very nice 👍🏽

Clean rooms with all the facilities you would think of. Friendly staff, beautiful location. What more do you want? Metro station HaciOsman is 10 mins away

From there you can commute easily between hotel and central Istanbul. I would strongly recommend this hotel

I went with my friends there and we had an amazing experience in this hotel. The room was always clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and 24/7 helpful. I would choose this hotel if I go next time in Istanbul

Hotel owner Mervan himself involve in hotel operations & takes care of guest like family. This is a double deal luxury & services of hotel and convenience of Airbnb. Taksim and Metro is literally 2 minutes walk

I had a wonderful stay at By Mesut Residence. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the sea view is wonderful

Great location near the main attraction but way from all the noisy night clubs, the rooms are OK but we were always outside

The hotel is located close to the sea and Taksim Square. I recommend By Mesut Residence to anyone visiting Istanbul

Very helpful staff.. good environment and nice room
