Classes Hotel in Istanbul

Location wise it's ok. But the service in rooms not available lockers will not available in room not properly changed bed sheets and pellow covers. Mattresses in rooms was Pathetic condition. and rooms will not cleans toys a day. 4/7 a week Hot water was not available in wash room . Room AC will not be working. On 2nd floor garments factory . Noises of machines disturb the residents. Breakfast and dinner was not good. Some times tea not available. And in dinner curry / meet was not good some times meet was burn out and it's smell so badly. We give them different complaints to the owner but the owner not seriously to resolve these problems.

I have very bad experience while residing at classes hotel. The standard of meal is really below the line of even hardly satisfactory. Pictures of Meal cooked for today dinners are attached for reference and record.

It was the worst experience of my life.
The hotel staff was very rude.. Even if you ask them to clean it every day, these people only do it once a week. And if you look, sometimes it happens that the washroom is dirty, sometimes it happens that the room is not cleaned properly.I would suggest to you people that this is not a suitable place to live at all.

It was overall not good experience to stay here.
