A beautiful hotel with full amenities as you would expect from a Marriott hotel. Our sea view room was wonderful. The entire facility was very clean and breakfast was excellent with a huge variety

You may wonder how she's still in her job with this attitude, well, life if full of mysteries! Other than that, everything is fine , just tolerate the team if they enter your room without knocking, or take the food from your table while you are still eating , or gazing at you with anger for asking for unnecessary things like tea

The nice and wise client relation manager was very kind. She told me to call her when I face any difficulties, but it wasn't feasible to call her 10 times a day

She hanged up every time my wife called to ask for any service before she said a word

All the restaurants serve fine foods from all over the world at a reasonable price. One of our favorites was Maromi where we dined on excellent soups and sushi. The quality, freshness and presentation was outstanding

The hotel has all the necessary facilities. A spectacular outdoor pool, a spacious sauna, excellently equipped fitness room. Breakfast was quite varied and for all tastes. Also beds are very comfortable

The Windsor Hotel is a five-star hotel, and I’m sure you're going to love the environment and service there

The cleaning could be better. Although there were only non-smoking rooms, the hallway and sometimes even in the rooms, smelled of cigarette smoke. The location of the hotel is far from great

An industrial district with a bad appearance and dusty utilities. There were quite a few accessible public transportation, but the distance to the central areas is considerable

Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$

But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair

The hotel is in a great location with nice views, breakfast is very good and the pool area is pleasant

Everything was exceptional, my room was amazing and staff too - Setaç, ceren, ela, and Engin, thank you so much for making my stay perfect (sorry to other staff whose names I can’t remember!) Also had the best fish I think I’ve ever had so thank you to the chef and the waiting staff! Will be staying again in the future :-)

It was a very beautiful experience, the staffs are very friendly and helpful most especially Neda. Some speak fluent English as well. The Metro is also at the hotel so you can literally catch a train easily

I came to The G Hotel Istanbul following a medical procedure, and while the hotel was assigned to me, what I received was far beyond a standard stay—it was a sanctuary

The reception staff is really efficient and helpful. The room was no way of 5-star hotel (it definitely needed renovation) but clean. No comments on the swimming pool and spa as we didn't use them

Worth it onky for the breakfast. The room stincked tobacco. We were moved to a smoke free room, but seemed weird that they did not ask on check in. The pool and jacuzzi are extremely cold.

Ece was kind and very helpful. She assisted us in every way possible from the best places to eat to helping us get around Istanbul in the easiest and most convenient ways

The rooms were decent enough, hotel a little bit worn, but breakfast was very decent. The drinks at the bar were extortionate and so I'd not recommend. But overall, a hotel checking me in at 7am is an absolute result!!!

Location is perfect and close to zorlu center , besiktas, sea, ferries , massage , cafes and nisantasi luxury shopping. Room was big with 3 huge windows. Night view at Bosporus bridge , day view at the sea it was amazing

We got this lovely hotel through Turkish airlines as part of the stay over offer - if you are flying through Istanbul you get the option to stay for an extra day (or two) and you can get one night for free in a 4 star hotel

There was some issue with the swimming trunks I was wearing (they thought it was boxers or something) and they made me come out of the pool to go all the way to the desk to be "inspected"

Unfortunately, the taxi company hired by the hotel was unprofessional and led to a dangerous situation for me. The hotel took note of this and reported it to the taxi company

A little far away from attractions. Need taxi to go anywhere although it's not too expensive, but Istanbul traffic is very bad. It's about 45 min ride to the airport.

The gym downstairs is massive, probably the biggest and most advanced hotel gym I have seen, and the swimming pool was also nice too - but is more of a leisure centre pool instead of a luxury spa pool

Probably the best Marriott on the Asian side of istanbul. I am ambassador member with Marriott and enjoyed the club lounge, great breakfast and great service. Gym is equipped with world class equipment

Love Atasehir area. Nice, clean, organized and safe. The grand Sheraton staff are friendly, warm and helpful. The house keepers are extremely helpful for keeping the rooms clean and comfortable.

After a 5 hour delay from Manila, Turkish Airlines provided me a room at the Sheraton Hotel. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean. Cem at the Reception desk was very accommodating and professional

Property and amenities are good, but there wss nonoffer to take our bags to our rooms which we did ourselves. Location is not too far from Sabiha Gokcen airport but quite far from Istanbul airport

A top hotel, located in a quiet area and somewhat far from the center of Istanbul, the room was spacious and very clean, the receptionists and all the staff welcomed us with a sincere smile on their faces, the breakfast was more than perfect, I only wished that we could make coffee or tea ourselves because there were servants who did that
