It's was good experience for me , i stay for like for 8days, as its my first time being in a hostel, the atmosphere was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, they speak English so they can help you. The people i meet there while eating our complimentary breakfast were awesome from diff countries, definitely is for u if you want to meet new people talk about diff culture.
To begin with, the location of this hostel was really incredible although it has a bit of an uphill ride or climb. It is quite manageable, there are a lot of restaurants, cafés and also the train station is only 10 minutes from here and if you want to take the airport bus, it is also very accessible at about seven minutes from here. Now coming to the room, first I had booked a four bed bunk room,...
It was very good hostel very clean all personnel of wabi is so kind so friendly. The bed was confortable the pillow too. The room of 6 bed room 21 was little bit small. The roof top was good with ozan in the DJ he was like God of the DJ can make you dance non stop when you go in the bar crawl. It was I very good experience. Thanks you WABI. I hope I Will come back SOON .
Wabi Hostels is a perfect place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, providing a delicious and good variety of food. The entire place was consistently clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff and fellow travelers were great people, creating a genuinely welcoming and social atmosphere. Highly recommend!
This is the best hostel, by far, I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in hostels in Nepal, Sri Lanka and other hostels in Istanbul. This is mainly because of its exceptional staff particularly at the Front Desk. They answer each guest's questions with welcoming Turkish hospitality. Ahmet, Mert, Ibrahim Mert, Talha and Zehra, all help with directions, where to eat the best Turkish food, (there...
I was in a 4-bed female room, the rooms were really clean and this was the positive point here, but one of the two shared bathrooms was broken. The upper floor where breakfast was served had a terrace and a really great view, but cooking is prohibited there and there is only alcohol and breakfast there, for food you have to go to the restaurant outside the hotel. A lady was serving breakfast who was...

We stayed here our second time in Istanbul and loved it. Super nice and easygoing staff with great recommendations for activities and places to eat. Bit of a walk to the major attractions but don’t let this deter you. It’s a fantastic location if you want to really feel the heart of the city. Dorms are clean with plenty of locker space.
Best place to stay awesome staff very helpful and you can check in anytime. The location is brilliant 3 minutes walking you will find tramway and Galata port
Very comfortable beds and a very lovely staff. Great location by the light rail and lots of cool cafes and vintage stores. A couple tenets refused to stop smoking in the bathroom which was annoying and the shower did not drain properly but those were minor inconveniences. Overall, a great value and I would stay again
I spent a lovely time in this hostel. The location is cool and i received many advices and ideas of places to go to make the best time i possibly could in Istanbul. Je vous remercie profondément, i ll never forget the Istanbul experience and the people owning this hostel are a big part of it. Bless you all ! ❤️
I don't understand why this reviews have this place so overrated. If you're traveling by your own be aware you'll only interact with your roommates because there's no common spaces, just a building with rooms and baths. Also be aware that rooms have this annoying code lock system which rings every time anyone is getting in so forget to have a pleasant night if you're unlucky enough and get annoying...
They guys running this hostel are amazing people. They were extraordinarily helpful. They helped us with car parking, showed us some cool places and are very animal friendly. In general if you are looking for a chat or a cool story, these guys are right here for you. We had a private room, it was pretty big, the bath was new, the windows were also pretty new so you almost do not hear the noise from...

Good hostel, good location, so cleanliness and appreciated reception take care so good 👍
À Little disapointed. Nobody stayed in the lobby and the shower of the second floor was broken.
The service was good. There was a sign at the front desk warning guests not to go out with strangers, as there's a risk of being scammed into paying exorbitant fees. 😆
The location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit disappointing. The bunk bed in the dormitory creaked, the shower head was faulty, and the hairdryer didn't work properly. However, the staff were friendly. It's a good option if you're looking for something affordable.
The cleanliness made it a very comfortable stay. The bathroom and toilet on my floor were excellent. However, be aware that you only get one towel per person on the first day, which can be inconvenient for multi-day stays. The power outlets are recessed Type C. Laundry facilities aren't available on-site, so you'll need to use a nearby laundromat.
They had only 1 mistake when they changed my reservation without my confirmation. I reserved a private room with a personal bathroom. The receptionist downgraded to the room WITHOUT bathroom (I have to use a common bathroom). He said that ky reserved room was run out but he did not confirm with me before I came to the room. He should have let me know in advance. Except that, everything was fine. They...

The hotel is worth the money. The breakfast is small but decent and filling. The room distribution is super. The service could definitely be better, but if you push hard enough, they'll get things done.
Extremely close to the heart of the Old European Quarter, you can walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There are three room types; I stayed in two of them. The sea view room is on the top floor, and the cheapest one is in the basement. The sea view room offers direct views of the strait. The basement room was also fine; I didn't see any bugs, and it wasn't noticeably damp, so I think it's a perfectly...
Location, hospitality is great.
Only 2 minutes from hotel to Ayasofya and blue mosque
Location is biggest selling point, less than 5 minutes to walk to the blue mosque and hagia sofia. Still located on a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great every day. 6 bed dorm is a bit cramped and and bathroom got dirty quickly.
My stay was disappointing. While check-in was smooth, the owner was rude and unprofessional when I tried to extend my stay, insisting on cash only despite accepting card earlier. The facilities were poor—none of the power outlets worked, and I was initially given the wrong room. There was no hostel atmosphere, as most guests were older. On the plus side, the location is great for sightseeing, and the...

The location is excellent, as it is close to the subway, tram, bus lines, and several major sights in Istanbul. The atmosphere?! You won’t feel like you’re staying in a hostel at all! I stayed at this hotel during my business trip and was truly satisfied. I had no issues with the cleanliness; the room was spotless, and the common areas were also tidy. It's a historical building and a youth hostel, so it needs some maintenance. The helpful staff made me feel very comfortable. I'd like to thank the entire team for making me feel right at home.

I was super satisfied with the place. All staff were kind and helpful. Location is great. Room was spacious and comfortable (I stayed 2nights in the female dorm). I also have no reason to complain about the cleanliness. Overall it’s a great value for the price.
The host was very hospitable and my stay was very nice. The rooms were spotless and the showers very clean. The toilet did smell and had a broken light. The lockers were big enough for my 65 liter backpack. The laundry service was efficient and thorough. Great value, would definitely stay again.
Definitely recommended for women travelers. Loved it there.
Rooms are clean, Kitchen is also available for cooking and there is a dining area as well. The Boys room is in the basement, but it's good. Staff is nice and respectful. Overall experience is good. This is exactly as advertised! Hosts were very kind, offering tea and coffee all day as well as the complimentary breakfast. Perfect location for getting to all major attractions in the city as well as lots of dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend as an affordable stay in Istanbul!
I didn't like it. The room was supposed to have a balcony, but it overlooked a dirty, abandoned terrace. Breakfast was getting poorer and smaller every day. The room is not cozy. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. The very center. Very beautiful.
Good location, average facilities
Friendly staff, and very good price. Thought it would be better for meeting other travelers though, not many people around, and the place is a little awkward. Nice enough for the price though
Wen Wen recommended to me, a step into the room just love it here, and I sleep in the fourth floor room facing the sea facing the window Bed, the room is taken to go is the scenery infinite Double terrace, is not the view of the beauty bursting need for you personally to live to live to see: p, In addition to the hostel's free Breakfast buffet must be points like?
Great value for money. Good view from the fourth floor though a little noisy during nights as seagulls sit on roof at night. If it rains, you'll be listening to all of it. Best is to keep good ear plugs.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great; attractions and transportation are within walking distance.
A pure 1-star hotel as there's only the rooms and bathrooms, no other facilities or spaces available for guests so don't expect a lobby to chill in, luggage-storage or anything else. Come-sleep-go basically. But it's clean, well-organised and run, with manager always present and as helpful as can be. Major claim is its location slap-bang in the middle of touristy Sirkeci, close to all the shops, restaurants...
The owner and roommates were very kind. I stayed here for one night and had a great time without any major inconveniences.
Very polite and friendly staff 👍 Convenient location 👍 Great hotel 👍
I stayed in the female dorm, the bed was a very comfortable single bed. And was only 3 bed in one room. Bathrooms are clean and the location is amazing. I would recommend this to any solo traveler on a budget.
The location is great! It's in a great spot where you can easily walk to many tourist spots. The older man who seemed to be a hotel employee didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate by showing him some text translated into Turkish. There are no amenities, so we recommend bringing your own.
It is the best place for its price. I stayed in girls' dorm with 3 separate beds. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed is big and soft. Shower worked perfectly. The hostel is quiet and safe. The workers were nice and polite. The location is just perfect for everything, 5 min from Sirkeci metro station. Every room has a comfortable table if you need to work with laptop.

Great value for money and nice location.. I was on a rainy day in December so not much outside noise, just some snoring
The location is central and convenient. There are two shared bathrooms; please bring your own toiletries. Breakfast is Turkish style—simple but filling. Black tea is always available, and the owner can help with any problems. However, this accommodation is not recommended for those with high standards.

Unfortunately, the rooms are separated by plywood partitions, so the slamming of doors was very audible. The common rooms are located rather inconveniently—one is under the terrace, the other right next to it, so it's very noisy!

I liked probably only the bed itself, a good mattress, bed linen and a blanket. BUT! It is located on a very busy street, the upper bed is near the window and also without curtains, well, i.e. transparent, there is tulle, but the light from the lanterns is very bright. Maybe they need to be adjusted near the windows or the seal needs to be replaced, in general there is no soundproofing. But at least...
Guests are mostley locals ( very kind people) Rooms are very cosy. Too many stairs to reach the third floor. During my stay, rooms weren't fully booked, but the shower was always cold. The location is among bars and cafes, perfect for night life.
Everything is good, but the stairs of the building are very steep, so people with bad knees should be careful.
The location is amazing! The main thing is why I recommend it. I didn’t like that there was no kitchen, but there was a kettle and a microwave. It is difficult to find staff for check-in. There are no places to dry clothes. But it all pays off in price and location. It’s located on a street like this with umbrellas.
Great location, warm and friendly service, clean and cozy bedding and facilities, shower with warm water that comes out in 1 second, and the water pressure was great💕 It was great to start off in a good accommodation for my first trip to Turkey. 💕 Although it is a newly built hostel, it seems like they work really hard on cleaning.
