I stayed in the female dorm, the bed was a very comfortable single bed. And was only 3 bed in one room. Bathrooms are clean and the location is amazing. I would recommend this to any solo traveler on a budget.

The location is great! It's in a great spot where you can easily walk to many tourist spots. The older man who seemed to be a hotel employee didn't speak English, but we were able to communicate by showing him some text translated into Turkish. There are no amenities, so we recommend bringing your own.

I came to stay at cheers for one night but I ended up staying for a whole week. I met some friends for life. If you like to play instruments or sing then cheers is a perfect option for you, there's often a little jam session happening downstairs. i loved this hostel! the staff is super nice and the premises are very clean! the toilet was always clean and so were the bed and bedsheets. they let me use the toilet after check out and leave my bags after checkout, also were worried after me because i showed up very sick. would totally come back!!!

My husband and I stayed in this hostel for two nights. The hosts Ibo and Hicham made us feel so welcome in Istanbul and gave us a lot of tips on where to eat or go out. A lovely stay! My private room was clean and well-maintained, and had an amazing view of the street outside. The AC worked great (thank goodness). It is a busy road and can be noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper, maybe consider somewhere else or earplugs. We stayed here our second time in Istanbul and loved it. Super nice and easygoing staff with great recommendations for activities and places to eat. Bit of a walk to the major attractions but don’t let this deter you. It’s a fantastic location if you want to really feel the heart of the city. Dorms are clean with plenty of locker space.

I was super satisfied with the place. All staff were kind and helpful. Location is great. Room was spacious and comfortable (I stayed 2nights in the female dorm). I also have no reason to complain about the cleanliness. Overall it’s a great value for the price.

It was a bit unprofessional, like when you arrive there's noone at the reception so you have to call them. Rooms are quite nice and bed super comfy! Out of all I liked the location the most and that's why I'd choose it again.

Perfect hotel for travellers on a budget. The place is clean, well located and the staff as well as the owners are very friendly and helpful in many ways. Dorm cost 70tl per person per night and even include a small breakfast. Guests can use the kitchen and fridge at any time. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Great Hospitality and Comfort I stayed here in both December and July and had great experiences each time. Unfortunately, the rooms are separated by plywood partitions, so the slamming of doors was very audible. The common rooms are located rather inconveniently—one is under the terrace, the other right next to it, so it's very noisy!

The hostel is beautiful and has good infrastructure, but it doesn't follow its own rules. When I arrived, my room was dirty, with pieces of bread on the floor, right below the sign that says "No eating in the room". On the last night (July/2023), there was a lot of noise in the lobby, which should be closed at midnight, according to the house rules.

I visited Istanbul for a summer trip. In the beginning, I had a hard time finding affordable hotels. but I'm so glad I found this hotel. I suggest you to stay in this hostel too, because it is much quieter and cleaner than other hostels, in the city center.

I don't think I'll stay again The shower towels were stained. We can say it's a rental room rather than a hotel. The only advantage is that it's quiet in the evenings because it's on the breakfast street in such a noisy location.

Great value for money. Good view from the fourth floor though a little noisy during nights as seagulls sit on roof at night. If it rains, you'll be listening to all of it. Best is to keep good ear plugs.
