Redmont Hotel Nisantasi

Very excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at Redmont hotel. The location is great as Nisantasi has lots of shops and food places. Myself and my husband both found that this hotel had really friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed during Ramadan and were fasting so the staff always made sure we got our early morning suhoor meal on time. The staff members were Sibel, Omer, Akin, Emir and Abdul Rahman. Thankyou once again for your help, and we hope to come and stay again. I would highly recommend this hotel to other visitors.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, I suddenly got sick and lost my voice completely, while leaving the hotel Eren noticed my voice that time the pharmacies are closed, he called a pharmacy explained my situation and ordered the medication for me. I came back to the hotel found my medication and not just that he even wrote how many times the usage per medicine and he prepared hot drink for me with honey. ☕💊😌 At the end he went the extra mile and he asked a doctor through his family about natural remedy and he got me sage to gargle.🌿🙏🏼 Really I'm speechless 🤩 Redmont Hotel management/Owner you are lucky to have such a great employee who goes the extra mile for unforgettable experience for the guests ⭐🌟🎉 Not to forget to mention the kindness of the other staff members who assured me that If I need anything at anytime just to call them. 📞😊 Another thanks to Omar as he was super helpful yesterday with the warmest welcome. 🤗🙌🏼💖 The biggest thanks to Eren 🙏🏼💐🥰

Very fantastic hotel the personnel just wow their behavior and attitude fantastic . The hotel too clean and organized I hope I can return one day and if I m in turkey I will think just about it . Very loyal and calm with very special place in Istanbul

It is the best hotel I have stayed in so far, with its wonderfully helpful, understanding and unlimited services. I have not seen such service in many 5-star hotels. I would like to thank all the staff here, especially the helpful sisters who ask about our well-being every day.

I highly recommend this hotel! Those guys do care about what you need and what ur wishes are! Furkan (hopefull spelled right) and his team do everything they can to make ur stay nice and relaxing! They are concerned are still people with a warm heart and work professionell! I want to thank you again for enjoying my time in Istanbul! I defenitely will come back to this hotel! Great location, very clean and confortable rooms, and prices very competitive. I definitely enjoyed staying at Redmont!

First, the staff in particular Taner Abi, were very friendly, helpful & customer service oriented.
Then, hotel seemed newly built and very clean. The Covid protocol was obvious in place and followed.
The area was very likable and alive. I would certainly choose this hotel on my next trip to Istanbul.

One of the best hotel stays I had.
To begin with location, it is amazing. In the middle of the shopping district, restaurants, taxi station right at the corner and a 5 mins walk to the metro. Also walking distance to most clinics.

Extremely clean, Covid cautions are handled seriously so makes you feel even safer. Temperature is taken at every entrance you make. Breakfast is standard Turkish cuisine, sent to your room daily as one of those precautions. Cozy deco warm atmosphere at the lobby with a petite cafe.

Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, and multi lingual which is useful to many. Thanks to Rehmet & kind staff for their prompt assistance provided. Being a business owner myself, the most interesting and vital thing I found is that the hotel owner is always around and on top of his business, assuring everything is right.

The entire hotel air conditioning central system was changed to heating since it was getting cold outside, yet when my room felt stuffy and hot, a fan was sent directly to my room and the next morning my Air Condition was programed back to cooling. It was such a relief.

Due to my flight, booking prior to arrival by only few hours with early check-in was not an issue and handled on spot.

Price is definitely reasonable for what you get. I would choose it again with no doubt.
